Kenzo84 Posted Sunday at 01:55 PM Posted Sunday at 01:55 PM @Pragmatic_Play It's almost outrageous and brazen for your company to pretend in this forum that it addresses players' questions. BUT I would still like to take this opportunity – after more than 10 inquiries from me via your contact form have gone unanswered (other contact information is deliberately withheld)... I would like to point out that I have them on video! Why does your company demonstrably and intentionally support illegal gambling in Germany? Casinos offer your games without a valid license for Germany! According to German law, this is illegal gambling! The most well-known examples are Shuffle (before 2025) or Betbolt, etc. You have been repeatedly informed of these circumstances – not a single inquiry has been answered! According to German law (existing rulings), all bets placed are invalid – meaning you have a claim for damages against your company! I would wait and see if your company deigns to respond this time. On the other hand, claims for damages will be pursued in court for specific examples. This has also been announced several times. Therefore, I can prove that I made several attempts to contact your company. Any potential lawsuit will be public, as there is a public interest involved, and I'm sure other players from Germany will join the legal action. Kenzo84 Quote

Kenzo84 Hi and welcome to the forum - which are the casinos in question here? Quote
Kenzo84 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago @Cocopop3011 Which casinos are affected? Where do I even begin? I should mention that there might be a legal dispute or lawsuit against Pragmatic Play – and this was my last chance to contact them. As already mentioned, all other inquiries via the contact form, X, etc., are being ignored. Examples: Shuffle, Thrill, BC Game & Betpanda -> will discontinue service in Germany around mid-2025 due to "lack of a German license." This will result in claims for damages against the casinos and Pragmatic Play -> due to illegal gambling and bets that are invalid under German law. Bet Bolt -> illegal access via VPN Access still possible from Germany: - Coin Casino - Bet Ninja - Vave - Rakebit and dozens more... Quote
