We are on even terms as in everyone spins away within their budget, your dramatic example would disqualify the contestant for playing financially irresponsibly. This we all agree on when signing up for these contests.

Also, why am I even seeing your messages? Didn't I put you on ignore once you started sending me these weird, creepy pm's?

Creepy PM's? 👀

My Christmas month tingles the curiosity of delving into this, what did he send you if you don't mind me asking?

Nothing is too evil and creepy for the Icy Yeti!

Ok. So remove €2000 from the contest. Close the contest today or tomorrow. Create a prize pool from that €2000.

Then implement the minimum bet rule and start contest in January.

No no, a rule can be implemented at any time so that won’t happen. We reserve the right to amend a rule at any time. I’m just waiting for a second opinion on this.

So, back to Booming Games. Let's offer them some feedback on their games 😊

I've played all 4 a good bit now so I thought I'd sum up my impressions:

Let it Spin

I thought this would be a quite dull game but it's actually real exciting during the free spins how you can get several random effects at once, potentially lining up a huge win. Sadly, these bonuses comes with ages apart, and in between the game seems very capable at eating away on your balance. On this I got the best hit yet but it feels a little to risky too keep running.

Holly Jolly Cash Pig

I really struggle to see how to get any big wins on this. Only the airplane seems to pay, and you would need a lot of them, over successive spins. Real nice concept with elimination of low paying 10-A's and upgraded symbols but far too eventless once everything is golden, even with retriggers. This game plays the "Big Win" fanfare the most though, so it has a decent base game and I didn't notice it taking much balance. Higher value coins to collect would spice up things but I don't think they are there.

Holly Jolly Bonanza

Best game by far. Fairly steady on 100x - 300x feature wins but it becomes real hard to take the next step, even with the help of 4-5 retriggers. Very quick, eventless base game so any feature drought can and will hurt, but most of the time, you'll get some of it back if you can sit through the deadspins. Identical to TNT Bonanza, a game I've played a lot and even hit the x100 on the top symbol a few times. And as we can see, it is currently leading the contest too, revealing some of its potential with a win over 1,000x!

Holly Jolly Bonanza 2

Possibly the game most likely to throw out the massive win that will decide this contest even if I can't quite see how. Are there presents full of multipliers as well?  But in order to get that win, prepare to endure one disappointing feature after the other. The bonuses are outright boring and even with 2 presents up, nothing seems to happen. It has a so called Super Bonus. Is this even obtainable through ordinary play?  Fairly harmless base game though, slowly awarding some passive income while waiting for the next bonus to come around to disappoint you.

I think HJ Bonanza 2 is flawed.

Although the slot replicate Sweet Bonanza, where have you seen the multiplier does not drop after a tumble at all, even after 10 tumbles. The multiplier needs to appear upfront, otherwise nothing... Very bad.

Sorry, didn't see this. Apologies for the last message, you may delete it. Still, the point about responsible gaming should stand.

Yes I agree that responsible gambling would come first and foremost which is why I have not rushed in adding a new rule here. I’ve always allowed people to be within their financial means and that’s is my TOP priority. Right now I’ve not decided how I’m going to proceed with this one, it’s a very tricky situation but of course RG will be at the forefront of my mind.

Also, the low pays are really off putting, you can start with the 25x and a present or two, and then get 2-3 cascades hitting lots of stuff and still only end up with like 1x worth of wins for the 25x to connect with. Seems to happen all the time, I seriously consider to ditch this one.

So if we can play with lower bets in our currency, is this allowed for now or not?

Yeah and the fact it plays like High Variance slot but payout are low variance.

Also the whole autoplay that doesnt stop on bonus enter oe win x amount.

Small little things. Wish they had a rep here

I have not agreed anything with Booming yet, so no rules have been enforced but I will be banning bets under at 0.10 at least, will come into force once I speak to them. How I deal with this yet I don’t know, we will either have a minimum bet for this contest or a currency rule.

Okay... So for now we can bet as we want untill the ban is in effect...

Yes, but notes will be made if people are now purposely exploiting this currency situation.

this is what the top 10 leaderboard looks like.

(0.20NZD) = 0.11e
(0.3KR) = 0.025e
(1 INR) = 0.01e
(0.30e) = 0.30e
(2 ZAR) = 0.10e
(0.20e) = 0.20e
(0.20usd) = 0.19e
(0.20e) = 0.20e
(0.20e) = 0.20e
(0.20e) = 0.20e

Can you just give me a quick sum-up or reply to the following Q?

So did the second and third place play with 0.01e per spin?

Another thing to keep in mind is that most casinos operate with a fixed conversion.

Say, if you sign up somewhere, on a 100% up to 100€, this will translate to a 100% up to 1000 NOK, not up to 1150 as it should be. Therefore, if a min 0.10 bet rule is instated, it should be deemed fair to allow 1 NOK bets as this is largely considered the equivalent, even if its current value is slightly less.

They spun in a currency that converts to this in EUR.

This is the issue with a minimum bet rule, there are so many aspects to it. But years ago we had a player win a huge prize on a 0.01 bet here. However, up until this contest we’ve not really had any issues. But it seems moving forward we now need to enforce a rule for all contests, it’s just deciding which one to make it fair for everyone. Likelihood is we will set a currency you have to play in which we had before and it worked well. But I’d like a second opinion off booming before I change the contest.

This whole situation has pro's and con's... Its a tough one... And I do get it that people can spin at lower value and then others lost alot of money already and some feels cheated to be eaten with 0.01 euro per spin.

Lets restart the contest with the relevant minimum bets in applied in all currency 😬🤭

Yes correct and I’m sure he won 900 EUR. I knew some of you would remember this.
