I still admire your discipline to keep your bets at minimum stake while you are getting these great wins, most people would have started to raise their bets at least by double the minimum, you may be on a lucky streak of a lifetime.

I usually play high variance games. Certainly, you can be lucky and hit something big, then quit gambling and stay ahead. Or play more and lose a lot. Another example, if your balance drops to 1/2 - 1/3 of your initial, then many players get tilted and bet high, once again, you can save the session once but eventually you going to lose more. Ultimately, no one is going to make money from gambling, play for fun with whatever stakes you are comfortable and with money you can afford to lose.

yeah I agree its good to set some stop losses no need to wipe out your entire balance in one session especially if you get ahead during the session then save some profit by implementing a stop loss and as for tilt that is what the casino relies upon for players to do is get tilted by the various tilt inducing situations near misses all the mind games that are being played in all games slots and table games. I had to modify my style of play from the tilt inducing turbo spinning to slowing it right down to manual batches of 25 spins (sometimes writing down each individual spin result) or sometimes autoplay of 25 spins and record the result of batches and rtp and then assess the situation after the 25 spins are done if to continue the slot session or move to another slot or whatever play at a later time. Observing the frequency of double scatters as possible indicators of what is happening with the slot if it is ready for a feature what the slot behaviour is like etc.

Well, Playtech games were not giving anything of note. Even tried Safari Heat with 1.5 bet. I try Majestic at 0.6 stake, it gave me a bonus and the balance barely moved up.

Then I think, let's see how Johnnygotthebone is doing it and I play Epic Ape at 2 EUR stake. My balance from 80 dropped to 30 and I stopped it. Never again You need luck and especially multiple deposits to hit something with so low balance and such stakes.

Epic Ape hasn't been that good for me I prefer its clone Buffalo Blitz. but both of them can give such low paying features such as a 2xBet on 2e stake (Epic Ape),  2.5xBet on 1.2e stake (Buffalo Blitz).. best feature has been 59x on 4e stake (Buffalo Blitz)<-(one spin before this feature it gave a base game hit of 45x on 4e stake) and 74x on 40c stake (Epic Ape), best base game hits were 60x on 2e stake (Buffalo Blitz) & 45x on 4e stake on (Buffalo Blitz) and 40x on 1.60e stake (Epic Ape). Only done a total of 1173 spins (607 Buffalo)(566  Epic ape). Haven't played Buffalo or Epic Ape for a while cause the slots are very volatile and tend to produce a lot of low paying features that really suck when you get them on a bigger stake size, if you can hit and run the slot by getting an early feature or base game win then do that otherwise you will be in for a longer session which may mean raising the bets). I will mention that during that most recent Buffalo Blitz feature it gave me 4 diamonds in one of the spins but it only connected the 9's, just think how much more it could have been if that moose on reel 1 was a bear instead... I got the spin here to show you. That's why I like Endorphina games, most of them will give you something from the feature. The caveat is that it doesn't trigger as often as other games. You can waste up to 100 EUR at 0.2-0.25 stake if you want to push it too far...

Endorphina, Yggdrasil and Push Gaming and Play'nGo slots and any other provider that does fancy graphics (all new NetEnt games) run too slow on my old laptop or won't run at all otherwise I would play those games too..(might have to do something about that soon, long overdue to upgrade!). At such low stakes, drops of 100-200 are not unheard. If you bet 2, play for a short time and you hit something  big, then it's great. If you want to continue play, then you need 2K bankroll minimum.
