Okay guys, so it seems there was a queued post which for some reason I missed yesterday or wasn't showing. Time of post is 5:35pm 5th November which means is does not qualify as the contest ended. 

@Jouz666 Unfortunately, your screenshot cannot be accepted as the contest ended at 23:59 GMT 4th November. But we have more contests coming very soon.

@cocopop3011 I just wanted to know if me creating the final leaderboard was too earlier for closing or if it's just the right time? I've been mirroring when you've been closing them typically around 7pm - 8pm EST (23:00 - 23:59 GMT).

Contests always close at 23:59 GMT. I may not comment at that time, but that’s the time no more entires can be collected. So as long as the final leaderboard is the next day that’s fine. In this instance the queued post was not there before the contest closed.

Now to be specific, the next day as in literally the next calendar day like since the contest closed on the 4th, the 5th will be the closing time or simply just any hours after the 23:59 GMT on the same day of the 4th?

Contests close 23:59 GMT. A leaderboard can be created any time after that providing we do not have queued posts. There are no hours after 23:59 on the same day? That is the last time for any day before it’s the next day

It's just that we have different time zones. Since we are on 23:59 GMT, the final leaderboard I've posted would look like it's the same day on the 4th in EST. Technically after 00:00 GMT.

Your 23:59 GMT is my 7:59PM EST.
