Haha, Playtech's withdrawal policy applied over Microgaming and NetEnt casino?! That's cool, and I'm pretty sure the vast majority of their fans will be delighted to wait for 96 hours before their cashout even being processed. :p

Hi im new here so please accept my apologies in advance if this post does not belong here..:)  I need some help about the wording of terms and conditions at casinos.I saw a promotion advertised for a free "No Deposit £5"  so i clicked the link that took me to a landing page and to sign up.I registered fine and got the 5 free straight away...and managed to get my balance up to £62 and had also wagered quite a lot as well.

So i asked live chat how much wagering i had left and he told me "the wagering does not start until you make a deposit"????? It was 50x wagering on free bonus and deposit bonus....so i thought id try and bring the balance down a little before depositing to reduce wagering.....but lo and behold i got 2 bonus rounds on a slot game that paid me £208 and £179 which when i had had enough was told by the chat operator my wagering requirements were around the £19,000  mark.   I look through their bonus terms again and in the general rules i copied this ....."All winnings generated from the bonuses may be cashed out only after an amount totalling no less than 50 (fifty) times the bonus amount received has been wagered "

When i looked at that i presumed that my wagering requirements would be 50x 5(bonus), i refused the deposit match bonus also.....am i reading the terms wrong and has anybody had issues with terms?? please help.   thanks in advance...

:) Not sure if i can name the casino so i haven't....

You could have started a new thread...but it really doesnt matter. We are here to help anywhere you post.

Yes you can name the casino (just no links) - naming the casino will help. I can have a look into the terms for you then.

I think I know which casino your talking about anyway. There are a few which offer no deposit bonuses but the wagering doesn't start until you deposit which is quite crafty really.

If you could clarify a few things for me

1) the casino

2) have you deposited and how much

3) did you accept a deposit bonus (I know you said you didn't but just to clarify again)

4) if you deposited what was your balance at the time of depositing (as it may be a case of - whatever your balance was when you deposited it means the wagering would be 50 times that balance!)

and i think this is a long for new online casino...

That's normal for a brand new casino. Actually, I would have been surprised if it gone processed faster than 2-3 days. ;)

What bothers me is that they offer only one withdrawal method. That sucks big time and ruins all the other great features they have. :(

Hi Yapro!  :hi:

I guess we have to give the new Club Gold a bit of teething time since changing over of softwares. 4 days for withdrawal is Playtech's standard, but Club Gold (Playtech) has done it in 1 day before...so let's hope they won't take longer than that.

Just as Askgamblers needed some teething time too before this, right gals and guys?  ;)

There are other options but they just aren't available yet. Live Help said they will be available soon

Valleys Update

Casino Saga have requested documents for the withdrawal - I am in the middle of doing them for him now.

I only pray he won't have a problem with his ID card.

If he does....you may see a complaint be opened.

Keep your fingers crossed for me guys...as I'm getting some new clothes out of his money so I really need this one to go through :D :D :D

So, how many days between the withdrawal has been initiated and documents were requested? Sorry for asking, Sharon, but I get lost a bit within yours and Valleys 'saga' at Casino Saga. ;)

Okay my casino saga has all be spent...so we can forget that.

Valleys withdrawal @ casino saga

Withdrawal requested 1st June 2014

Documents requested 2nd June 2014

Documents sent 3rd June 2014

No reply has been received since the documents were sent. Trying to get hold of live help has been a nightmare, so email sent to make sure documents were safely received no reply as yet.

Doesn't sound good at all...in terms of casino support.

An epic casino like Saga should be epic in customer support too!  :p

Agreed! They seem to be offline all the time!

And if you send a message to them then you can't actually access the support section again because it just says - Thank you for your message you will receive a response shortly'

Even logging in and out doesn't remove this message
