Isn't it enough for Pragmatic to run the unique Bet ID through their system, surely that would tell them whether it was a bonus buy or a natural spin-in bonus?

We have already confirmed it was not a bonus buy.

The casino game log is a requirement.

We already know this one is not a bonus buy from the replay link. We need to make sure the win belongs to the player, as we do with all new members who are not able to provide a game log history. We have these measures in place to make sure people are not using other peoples screenshots because unfortunately we have had someone try to cheat in the past. And no, we need a Player ID in this instance, which is normal practise.

The replay doesn't indicate if it was a bonus buy or not. When you buy a bonus, the game will do a normal spin to land the scatters and that's where the replays start.

It does. At the bottom of the screen it shows the base bet. If you buy a 20 cent bonus it will show $20 and if its not a bonus buy it will show 20 cent at the bottom.

The bet in the bottom is always being displayed as the initial bet-size, not the bonus buy sum.

Please stop panicking about the bonus buy! This is why we ask for game logs and why the screenshot has not been confirmed yet. Whilst I don't believe it is a bonus buy, PP will confirm this to me once we have the Player ID. The Player ID will also confirm to me whether or not this win belongs to the player. If PP comes back and says it is a bonus buy, although I do not believe it is, then it will be disqualified.

But your game log reflects the multiplier for the bonus buy? What was the total win here to have such a small multiplier?

when will PP start to indicate that a win was from bonus buy or not , it is something we asked for long time ago but they never care about our suggestions. nothing ever gets improved.

I am not familiar with bonus buy because it is banned in my country so I have never been able to use it.

he just opened the game up to show the game log. whenever you open a pragmatic it almost always starts from 2eur stake.

no it doesnt ever show the  bet as the bonus buy with pragmatics... there are other providers that can show the whole stake amount as a bonus buy amount but not pragmatic

@marius1978 and @Potatohead i accept that thing about not being able to find out about if it was from bonus buy or not but @Ultras34 win is from base game as on his original screenshot you can see his base bet. He did not take screenshot from replay like you did @marius1978

Okay okay guys!

How I know if its a bonus buy or not specifcally with Zeus vs Hades is the when the spin occur landing the scatters.

Look at the video below from the 10kx win from @Ultras34

If you notice the scatters land on reels 1, 3 and before it lands on reel 5 the reel lights up with fire around it spinninh slowly waiting for the 3rd scatter to land.
