Just finished watching the Women's Doubles Badminton match...my country's pair of Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah played an excellent and brilliant game to beat their higher ranked Indonesian opponents in straight sets!!!

Both Mixed Doubles and Women Doubles are now into the Quarterfinals.

Way to go my super hero and heroines!!!

@cocopop3011 i believe this choice gives him 500 points. 250 for guessing the player and 250 for guessing the medal. This is why I had requested you to award all the points at once after the contest finishes. So its easier to reward everyone.

No, the question he had right is 250 points not 500.

@Blackjax here are is answers so for 500 points he would need to guess his favourite athelete to have a silver medal, but he has right that Tatjana Smith would win a gold medal which is 250 points so far.

Actually my bad. This would still only be 250 points because no points are awarded for picking a favourite athlete, only if you guess right which medal they will win.

In about 2 hours time from now, both Doubles team will need a miracle to win against their world class Chinese opponents, but miracles do happen...so hopefully it will happen today!
