Rules & Regulations for AskGamblers Forum Contests

In light of recent events that saw a member try to cheat on our contests, I wanted to set out the general rules and regulations you should all follow. Because each contest can vary, you MUST always read the terms and conditions of each contest which are subject to change, However, here are the general rules we expect everyone to abide by.

Rules & Regulations (Updated 12th January 22:06 GMT 2025 by admin Cocopop3011)

 There are no currency rules. This means you can play as you wish for AG contests, which I designed to be fun. We seemed to have lost track of why these contests were originally made! Anyone who converts currency in the forum will have their posts removed, NO EXCPETIONS, NO EXCUSES! This means if your post has a winning screenshot in it, it will also be REMOVED & DISQUALIFIED. If someone wins with a low bet then that's just the luck of the draw! 

* All screenshots must always be your own. You cannot ask someone to play for you or use someone elses

* You must be over the age of 18 to enter, or the legal gambling age in your juridiction

* ALL casinos must be licensed. We cannot accept screenshots from unlicensed casinos. 

* All screenshots must be in REAL MONEY and not a demo or free play.  If bonus funds cannot be used, this will be specified, If not specified, it means you can play with bonus funds.

* All screenshots must clearly state the time, date, casino name, and bet size. If you are playing from a mobile device you must submit a game log 

* All screenshots now require a game log, on all devices. If there are any issues you must notify staff. 

* All screenshots must be within the contest dates. If you are playing in a different time zone from GMT, you MUST make sure the date of your screenshot falls between the contests dates. If it doesn’t, you’ll have to wait until your timezone meets the qualifying date for GMT. 

* We don’t allow bonus bets or any kind of extra bets. The only accepted bets is a standard spin. 

* We do not accept screenshots from social casinos or sweepstake casinos for our real money contests. 

* No cryptocurrencies will be accepted. You can play in crypto casinos but your screenshot must be in a fiat currency. no exceptions.

* If you are playing on autospin, it is still your responsibility to capture the winning screenshot.

IMPORTANT - Please remember you must have at least a qualifying screenshot to hold your position on the leaderboard. Getting the winning screenshot is your first most important thing to do. If you choose to play on autospin and don’t capture the screenshot there is nothing I can do to help. 

* All screenshots must meet the minimum multiplier or bet size / pay lines active. 

* We do not accept videos, screenshots of a laptop or gaming machine. 

* If you are attaching anything, we ask that it be a screenshot only, not a file or video. 

* You are only allowed to submit a winning screenshot once into any contest. Duplicates will be picked up! 

* You must not edit any posts in a contest thread without permission from admin. 

* You must not in any way falsify a screenshot. 

* AskGamblers reserves the right to ask for proof of any win. We reserve the right to not accept any screenshot if we believe it is not genuine.

* Entering our contests means you have already agreed to adhere to the said casinos terms and conditions where the screenshot was derived. This includes the minimum gambling age in your country.

* We reserve the right to disqualify any member if we think they have been cheating. This means you can be disqualified from the contests, the forum or the entire website. 

* We reserve the right to refuse entry to any player who we feel is not using AskGamblers for the right reasons. 

* When you enter our contests, you agree that you will not knowingly cause arguments, or , disrespect other players or staff members. 

* IMPORTANT - AskGamblers reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. This includes setting a minimum bet, setting a currency or allowing each member to play in one currency of their choice. If this rule is enforced, your first submitted screenshot will determine your currency for the rest of the contest. This rule can be enforced at any time; no screenshots prior to the rule being enforced will be excluded.

Update to rules and regulations:

REMINDER OR THE AUTOSPIN RULE - IMPORTANT - Please remember you must have at least a qualifying screenshot to hold your position on the leaderboard. ANNOUNCEMENT- Moving forward I have made the decision that all contests will now have a minimum bets of 0.10 EUR or equivalent. This will be for a trial run for the next four weeks to see if it stops arguments and inconsistencies. 

This will be effective from our next contest.

Due to so many members asking to play in different currencies, arguing about currency conversion etc etc this rules has now been enforced. 
 

You do not need to ask me permission to play on a currency anymore but I will be converting every screenshot to make sure it meets our minimum bets.
