Yes @ales200  It was known as Slotamba Casino, now rebranded into WinScore starting 1st April 2024. So it should count as it is the very same casino, same owner, and same operator as Slotamba. if you didn't get that 20K from that "error spin" then you wouldn't have gotten this screenshot on zeus vs hades. And instead of contacting customer service about the error immediately you chose to take advantage of the situation and play with this 20K balance. thats all fine. nothing wrong with that at all. congrats on your win.

I also say that the casino should be with a new name on the Askgamblers list and a full description, and besides that, Afi played with an incorrect bet, he broke the rule and we all know what the Casino does, then all winnings are void, you can be happy if you can start playing again with your first deposit.

Afi, it's gonna hurt but deep down you know it can't, doesn't and won't count.

Even if all, T&C, affiliate, providers, are exactly the same as the previous name, they will submit themself under the new name to begin with a clean slate, profiting all the new casino benefits and for jurisdictional elements I'm sure, will even deny any and all references to what's been changed, the name/brand being the most important for a casino.

 

And without that bet that will be corrected, you wouldn't have had balance to play Zeus vs Hades to that multiplier point.

I disagree with your opinions @jan duchau simply because Slotamba and WinScore is one and the same casino, unlike your SuperCasi Casino which has 2 different URLs. Slotamba and WinScore uses the same URL, for now at least.

@ales200  Yes, I know for certain that I wouldn't be able to claim that amount for withdrawal, so for now, I just want to enjoy my 20,000 EUR before it gets thrashed down by the casino to god knows how much!

If you play by the rules, it's hard to withdraw €5,000, I know from experience, let alone if you break them, the casino can't wait for them to find something! Among other things, I wish you a lot of success to get the most out of it, but I believe it will be hard.

Both these sites have completely different affiliate programs and that is what we go on. 

Afi's situation is completely different, whilst I haven't looked yet,  I am assuming it is the casino under the same affiliate program.

Correct Afi - they also have two different affiliate programs. They are not the same casino. 

We added one casino much earlier, the second one is much newer. Much newer to AG that is,  not when the casino actually opened.

If Afi breached the max bet rule with the casino, that is between him and the casino, and whatever their terms and conditions are, and that will be sorted our privately between them two.

In regards to our site and the name change, I'm not sure why it hasn't been updated yet on AG but I will find out tomorrow.

Sorry also to touch on this again, these casinos both have different licenses, so I assume cater to different markets, making assumptions here without investigating of course.

The rule says that you can only play with real money or with a bonus. But what kind of money is this, if you break the rules of the casino, you can play with this money, but I think we all know what the Casino would do with this money because this money is no longer real, right?

Correct, but we cannot make sure that each and every one of you are adhering to your casinos' terms and conditions. The onus of that is you and you alone.  The casino has not confiscated Afi's funds, so for now, we cannot disallow his bet, he was still playing with his money until we know otherwise. 

I don't have the ability to investigate each and every one of you to see if anyone has breached their own bonus terms and conditions.

I didn't take any bonus for this contest, and it would be better if it was played only for real money, because some people, like me, took a 500% bonus, and some people can't because they live in another country. And you have no control over the bonus money. Loaded with real money, there are not so many rules restrictions, it is more fair.

We cannot restrict people from playing with bonus funds, because we have no way of knowing from a screenshot whether or not bonus funds are being played. And what we don't want to do is complicate these contests even more asking everyone to submit many screenshots to prove they have not played with bonus funds. 

Now, if we have a casino-sponsored contest, it is often the case that they don't allow bonus play because we then have the facility to check because we have that casino rep with us.  

Like I said, whatever bonus rules people have is between them and the casino, we don't get involved in that.

It looks to me like it has just been rebranded, but we have failed to update our casino reviews, which is our fault for whatever reason. If this is the case then yes, it will be accepted.

If it is a different casino then no it won't, but our links do indeed take us to that casino.

I don't need to apply it to anyone elses at the moment because I can see their date and time. As explained in my post yesterday the date is blurry and I could not make it out.
