Slotfather408
Well here I am again , this time almost same scenario as my last. So after my last unjust recourse I started playing at a called BITCOIN GAMES, I made ,I don't know 5 deposits of $50 worth of bitcoin. ( for those who need specifics 0.00085323 BTC). On my last one I got a hit and won 6x the amount I deposited approx ( 0.00649 BTC) I proceeded to cash out and once again delayed cashout. After about almost 24 hours I received the attached email. Notifying me my account was now closed. This time i remained calm and inquired into what the issue could be, with the hopes of resolving any problems. Support staff said , that it seems that it was closed, due to players from U.S were restricted. Ok fair enough I knew that. Nonetheless, im told that they would refund my deposits. seemed strange but COOL. I'm then asked to send a crypto wallet address and the currency. I had already given them my bitcoin address, but i did again. Then they asked me to confirm my email by screen shooting the email they sent me. All confirmed, and now delayed again. The case has been sent to finances department for investigation? What ? Investigation? It's been conducted, concluded, determined but not resolved. And just like Last time. Thats it thats all youll get your refund when we get to it. Now as I write this , Being a active Student , Studying CYBERSECURITY, this has so many red flags. That I should of known better. So opions, feedback, recourse, anyone ?

But @ ''reputable casino's", even certified ones, we give to much copies about stuff that should stay private...when they ask for screenshots from inside ewallets or others, deliver income proof or bank statements for the last 3 months.. Id f+b, selfie holding ID and some sort proof of address (not necces those utility bills)..you should be good to go from my pov
Slotfather408
Ok cocopop since you always have much to say , before you asked why would I sign up for a casino that was restricted in the U.S well , they never asked me to verify my country of origin first of all, while in your efforts to gather further background, the reason being was because I wanted to gamble and they allowed me to.(since I was unjustly booted from BITSTARZ) So the reason is plain and you knew that. Your efforts to demean and diminish my character and conduct , should be kept to yourself. I asked for insight, not for my character to be assassinated. I reach out for help and in the process I get attacted. This is not the first time your condesending self -righteousness tone has been pointed in my direction. I've been nothing but respectful and professional in all my communications. However, they say treat others as you expect to be treated. Slotfather408
Jan, Thank you for your words. However, none of those steps were asked of me to do. It was only later , after they closed my account, and told me they were refunding my deposits,, did they ask me to view the Email they had just sent me. It was a reset password email. They said dont reset it.just screen shot my email with theirs on the email.

I too found myself asking 'he knew it was a restricted casino, so why the heck did he still signed up and played there???' If I'm restricted from a casino, I wouldn't even think of signing up there, allowed or not allowed! It was your choice to go against your better judgement, so don't blame others for it please! cocopop3011 and OliverCooper

The reason why @cocopop3011 has been asking you questions is because you left out details last time even though you knew you were taking advantage of a glitch. I have posted a screenshot of the casino you mentioned in your initial post, is this the one? If yes, then when you signed up what did you choose as your country as US is not even an option. Did it not ring a bell if US is not mentioned I should confirm with chat first! cocopop3011

I've been nothing but respectful and professional in all my communications. However, they say treat others as you expect to be treated. The fact that you think your character as assassinated has nothing to do with me. I merely asked why you would sign up to a casino that you knew you were restricted from and knew that you could never get verified in or to receive a withdrawal. That is not assassinating your character it's barely pointing out the obvious. As an admin staff here, my job is to be completely unbiased, neither favoring the casino nor the player. But in this situation, it is very hard for me to help when you openly admitted in your first post that you knew were restricted but played anyway. I believe I have already given my insight - that on this occasion you're going to have to wait for them to complete their investigation. From my end, there is nothing further I can do. I am always more than willing to speak to team managers for players to see if we can get a direct response from casinos if situations are tricky, and our other members will tell you that I go out of my way to help day or night, even when I'm not working! But since this is a clear breach, I can't do anything further from my end. But, I sincerely hope that you do get your deposits returned soon. Jeanke08
Correct me if I'm wrong but he really isn't fishing for money...but about his concern about privacy matters and intrusion-theft personal info. So remarks about why reg there are surely not avoidable but besides the core...condescending or not, rebel or not...WHO CARES...other things to wrry about. Kiss and make up ppl And about that, change every password to connected ties, email, if phone and monthly payment you gotta have internet account...change password aswell and use 2FA everywhere. I would not recommend the google auth way but sms. EDIT: ow yeah, when providing them with reset prntscrn, don't do as I do and prntscrn everything...select 'prntscrn selection and select only their email with to you visible. They don't need to know more.

I personally feel he is doing this so that he can ask for refund if he loses money by saying that you accepted players from a restricted region. There are multiple casinos that allow players from US and casinos that allow VPN but he is not playing there.

No issues with privacy matters or theft of personal information, he signed up using his details.

Afi4wins
5 minutes ago, jan duchau said: A refund, which be honest, could not have been made. After An honest casino would close that account but would also refund his deposits. Why? Simply because the casino has illegally accepted his deposits when they do know that he was/is a restricted customer. Unreliable casinos, on the other hand, wouldn't give a hoot to the matter and would just confiscate everything and close the account. Blackjax
@jan duchau there are some things you need to know about Mr @Slotfather408. He has so far made thousands in deposits at casinos. His father died two weeks ago. He had no money for his father's funeral. He has no money for food. But all of a sudden he has money for gambling and has made deposits at a new casino. Brother is dealing with his father's loss by gambling at casinos. Does anyone really believe someone who cooks up stories like these. @Slotfather408 is a problem gambler like he has accepted before.
