You have no arguments, I'll share some more pictures to justify my grievances.

 

Previous to my win in 8 Tigers, I won 2 bonus rounds in other games; both times you can see my balance is the same as it was before...not before the bonus round but before the game even started.

I conclude this because the balance I have before entering 8 Tigers is the same balance I have when exiting Hot Scatter Deluxe: € 86,32 (43,90 + 42,42).

Hot Scatter Deluxe, the game I played before I started 8 Tigers which had the exact same characteristics after ending and exiting it.

The winnings weren't added to my balance and no history was found either...yet, when I contacted Live Chat this was corrected and added to my balance.

As you see from the game history from both games, no history was found either, yet with Hot Scatter Deluxe having some legitimacy as showing sessions but no content, I guess at least one trick didn't seem that waterproof.

The last screenshot I want to add today is another one from 8 Tigers, In Vivaldi now (guess I anticipated some extra browser remarks also), that clearly shows a balance higher than the balance I had at the beginning of my session with the win in, the one you imply I tampered with;

€ 6,27 difference...if nothing was played or I was playing in "fun" mode...then show me where the difference came from as I played nothing else from the moment I won and exited 8 Tigers until the end of all live chats 3 hours later?

I guess a trick like that seemed waterproof to pull and, one you could even deny in the event of a winning but who knows...bad scripting, internal malfunction of your website, or was it some Javascipt (Domrect) API giving a falsified representation of reality on screen.

I use Linux and Timeshift: a system restore tool for Linux which creates filesystem snapshots using rsync+hardlinks, or BTRFS snapshots (perfect instant backups)...which I always use before clearing my cache, history. cookies, offline website data, active logins or site settings (which I recommend everyone to do to stand strong in your belief of reality).

I guess if people with enough knowledge of computer crime(s) were to investigate that backup they would be able to tell us the truth...so we wouldn't have to rely on your and apparently Skywind Groups professional conclusion.

 

In conclusion: I know where I stand and how to build a case and for once will not be waived off as a non event.

I want my winnings and that is that, you have 24 hours to make your mind up.

As mentioned in our previous posts, there is absolutely no doubt that you played in fun mode when you took the screenshot.
This has been confirmed by the game provider (Skywind) and you can also see it in your screenshot.

I've marked the part in your screenshot where you can see that the fun balance is not added to your actual balance and I also marked the flag "Test Mode" that only appears in "Play-for-Fun Mode (Game: 8 Tiger Gold Megaways).

I hope this helps to understand that there is no doubt that this screenshot was taken in fun mode.

@jan duchau I’ve just had a look at the screenshot you submitted and zoomed in and can also see Test Mode - maybe you did not realise you were in this mode at the time?

There is more than reasonable doubt, the address bar does not show fun mode, like it should.

The balance does not indicate anything as your website does not update anything in real-time, as I've proven with the slots I've played before.

Of course I have no proof of my balance when I started 8 Tigers from within 8 Tigers but Hot Scatter Deluxe proves that I started with € 86,32 when it was corrected.

So I rather follow my gut in this situation and act accordingly...maybe I could change my mind if proof was given about where the extra € 6,27 came from after exiting 8 Tigers.

It's more likely to assume I was playing in real mode up until the bonus round and due to some technical problem or other modus operandi was cheated from my real winnings by completing the bonus round in test mode.

Instead of cutting my uploaded content so the cropped view supports your claim that I'm wrong RoyalStarsCasino, and might I add strange that you only looked to that screenshot, cocopop3011, & decided to reply but apparently didn't bother to look and read the whole thread thoroughly, I'd appreciate an answer to my remarks that fall off by cutting them away.

- Where did the extra balance come from? If I was playing in fun play (test mode) whole the time and nothing was registered, how can you neglect to take this is consideration.

- Why doesn't it say fun mode in the address bar like it should, which would support your claim I was playing in test mode.

- Why should I be waived of as non-event and be told again and again 'maybe you didn't realise you were playing in fun-test-whatever mode' when this is clearly one of the first things everybody notices, even I, when looking at the picture but put in context raises numerous questions which never get addressed???

 

This is the last reply I'm spending on this, I want my winnings or I'm taking this case and all my evidence to people who know what & where to look for.

I have my backups, I have my transcripts, I have my screenshots and I have faith in my memory and gut feeling...I did not press fun play but real play so even if I have to spend my whole budget, savings or take a loan to bring forth the truth, I'm betting on myself for once.

Maybe my house of cards will come crumbling down, we'll just have to see...so yes or no RoyalStarsCasino?

Royalstars doesn't have wagering on their bonuses. All bonuses are wager free! But it does have max cap of 5x deposit cashout.

the longer you play the closer you get to the RTP of 96% or 94% depending on what the RTP is set for the game.

I do not play in any Pragmatic Play drop and wins or any drop and wins for any provider. This random drops are BS tbh!
