Ahhh this is fantastic! Welcome to the forum, finally  I need to think of an initiative to bring convert more readers to posters! Maybe I can do a small contest to welcome readers with a small prize pool, the more people we have in the forum, the more benefits we get!

I bet all payments and salaries may be on hold, and the financial dept may be frozen for the time being too, just so the final accounting records could be finalised. Just my thoughts though.

A simple contest would be the best to attract new posters and converts...a fun mode screenshot contest specifically for new posters only (old members not eligible to enter this contest). They have to post their screenshots and winning multipliers, but no need to upload to game reviews.

Alternatively, get new posters to introduce themselves into the forum and earn 1 entry point for a random prize. Every new posts earn 1 more point, up to a specified limited amount of points.

You would need to promote this event on FB, Tweeter, whatever.

Euhm, maybe you could have a contest with some AG coin like thing attached.

One topic, the poster with the most likes on their answer wins.

But don't make the topic open to everybody, make it open to people who answer five multiple choice questions from which the answer can be found in a forum topic that not only educates but tinkles their interest and invites not only one (interaction from a possible reward), two (actual interaction searching answers to multiple choice) but three (made them addicted at interaction with the forum)

The question and their following answer should be something that demands them reading and interacting with the forum itself.

By doing this you should gain some interested souls who keep being active.

I like some of your ideas Afi4wins but let's not include social media into this and introductions: let's be honest: 99% of whom roams here won't read those and posting an introduction when it is kinda forced always feels like a chore.

It sure did and does for me...which does not mean I didn't introduce myself on maybe one or two occasions through the years.

Those were forums from private trackers where a let's do this as a team vibe was felt from the very first moment browsing there.

The total count of members was in both instances on the lower side but being so difficult to get in, the niche side of trading with each other and/but building towards a greater goal which every member endorsed was an important factor for introducing myself.

Let that aspect flow naturally, not forced.

@jan duchau  Any suggestion on how to get more people be a part of this Askgamblers community is most welcoming.

I personally don't do any of that social media rubbish and I keep away from them. However, millions of others do, so exposing a generous cash offer from Askgamblers to all of them via the social media would get much more attention than merely expecting responses from the existing non-participating silent Askgamblers members. That was my only reason for mentioning and suggesting social media.

In any case, it would still be totally dependent on each own freewill to participate or not, so there's no question of forcing anyone to do it.

Things are moving. slowly, but moving. I'm hoping to have more of an update next week before I submit your new invoices. 

Regarding a March contest. This will of course be on hold until you have all received your payments. I think it is only fair

Yes we are still transitioning, but I’m chasing it every week for you all. 
Regarding other contests, if they are to continue, for now it will be slots based only. But if I get enough interest we can look at doing future contests for other games.
