pragmatic play dead spins insanity

Recommended Posts

Since I play a lot of pragmatic play slots at Social Tournaments I have noticed something that happens far too often. During a feature you build up a nice multiplier and then out of nowhere the slot just decides to dish out dead spin after dead spins during the last 6 or 7 spins. It was far too obvious and can happen with those cluster type games especially but can apply to many other games too. Why make it so obvious tho, isn't it supposed to be random yet they just program this situation to happen. It really is annoying to have it happen and takes away from the enjoyment of the game. When you start to see the dead spin start at end of the feature what it the point of such games. Stop this nonsense. Enough is enough, make them random like they are supposed to be not this dead spin after dead spin b.o.l.l.o.c.k.s. There is nothing worse during a feature than to see dead spin after dead spin. And speaking of what is the point, seeing so many feature buys return less than 20% is another problem with these games.

This is common with every provider. Playngo, netent, elk, thunderkick, red tiger and many more can give multiple dead spins. Netentsare notorious with this feature. They can give you 40 dead spins in a row and its kind of them. I once had 65 dead spins on the trot on cashomatic. I just didnt know what was happening. I kept on playing that slot thinking I would now get bonus.

Most importantly you should not compare real play with tournament/demo as RTP is way different on both.

It is random spin to spin. However free spins are considered 1 spin, so when you start the game, free spin round needs to be seen as a total. This became very clear when Jammin Jars from Push Gaming came out. They had to put in a limited amount of freespin rounds otherwise they could not control the RTP of the game. So you had some streamers having exactly the same bonus round with all the symbols being the same on all 10 spins. So this is an industry standard and not PP specific

Yeah Jammin Jars is like Bingo - When you click spin, its like drawing a ball with a losing / winning number and the game acts or display the winning combination to get to that winning number

HammerFall is the easiest to see the same feature, round play all the time.

Thus certain slots when the bonus round starts, a winning amount has already been displayed.

Elk Bonus round - Just need 1 spin to decide to win small or big - You will notice the first 7/8 spins are dead and spin 9 you hit 1000 - 5000x easily and then another dead spin on spin 10. especially on the GOLD series of slots.

I remember an even more frustrating Pragmatic Bonus round with € 0,0 earned, yet at the end it says congratulations, free spins win € 0,0.🤣

Haha, yes quite possibly the most annoying screens! I remember a casino congratulating me on a big win that was under £2 🙂

You would think providers will be more emphatic when it comes down to these situations.

I can't suggest improvement for their sake of having "customers" coming back with your BIG WIN which I guess was at stake 0.1 and thus X20 bet win but for what concerns the 0.0 return after played a bonus or free spins round...damn, at least program another sort of notification like 'The Gods weren't in your favor, unfortunately no wins'

Maybe it was some kind of glitch? Or is this the norm for a pragmatic?

Obviously you haven't been playing much of slots @robjmiller, or if you've played any at  all even.

It is not a glitch, nor a norm for Pragmatic...it is the standard message anyone would get from any game whenever the bonus rounds/free spins ended with a zero win. 'CONGRATULATIONS! You've just won $0'.

I remember the first times I only looked for free spins, because I was afraid to bet real money😅😅

All newbies, myself included when I was still a freshie, always look for freebies to play and have fun with, like free spins and no deposit bonuses, so need to be ashamed of being such. Nonetheless, years later, I still look for freebies! :D

It’s just a shame they’re not as forthcoming as they used to be years ago!

They're almost non-existent nowadays. 😜

Yep! I've almost forgotten what a NDB is. I even doubt new players would even know what the phrase meant now! Sad times indeed.

Remember how excited we used to get on our birthdays! Do they even exist these days?

Yes, they still do exist, at my Asian casinos anyway, but at a trickle of the past rewards. Free RM18 birthday bonus with 10x rollover wagering, no max cashout limit. At one other Asian casino, the more you have deposited in the previous month, the more birthday money you would get. The most I could get was only RM38. 😜 Still, better than nothing right? Hahaha.

I don't like pragmatic games. a lot of empty spins at bets up to $2. at higher stakes, it becomes more interesting to play, but the risk is greater. but the design of pragmatic slots is cool
