Campeonbet löscht Guthaben aus Spielerkonto

Hallo zusammen,

 

Campeonbet hat einfach 2550 Euro aus meinem Spielerkonto gelöscht. Auf Nachfrage hieß es: ich habe nur einmal eingezahlt und man könne nur das 15fache auszahlen lassen. Das Geld war auf mein Spielerkonto und eine Auszahlungsantrag des Betrages wurde auch nicht gestellt.  Was kann ich dagegen tun?

Did you accept a bonus? If so, looks like the bonus had a max win cap attached to it so then when you complete wagering you can only withdraw the maximum amount set by the bonus terms.

nein, war kein Bonus. Das war mit Echtgeld gespielt.

In that case, I strongly advice you to use the casinos live chat and ask them why they conviscated the funds and then come back and let us know what they said please.
