strange thing happened the previous leader " walidot " is gone from the leaderboard (maybe they reset their score by mistake! but another new player is now in 3rd Viandi29 on 520,880.

Viandi29 is only on the site since July 30, 2022.. 69 tourneys, 6 tickets used...

update: I went to see if walidot had won a golden ticket which was then used to reset his score perhaps he/she didn't realize that his best score would be wiped out.  well it happens to be that walidot got 20th in a Aug 4 tourney in which they won a golden ticket. It was on the Dragon Kingdom slot and ended at 2 am Aug 5.

see here, what a blunder to throw away a possible win of 300 euros.

the current leader only took the lead in the last hour!

oh yeah and walidot who had reset his score will be missing out on the 300e...  cause walidot would have had the best score...

the #Sugar Rush Reset Madness - €2 Million Payouts Celebration unlimited rebuys is in progress but their site has been having issues and now they put it into the maintenance cause of it... 1st place gets €1000, and up 1297 players get some cash prize.

I had 11 attempts at it so far with my best score being on attempt #2 when it was 55,530

since then best attempt was attempt #11  with score of 46,565

went to profile and changed my email, received email with code to confirm change, now can't login to the site. says:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to www.socialtournaments.com.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

 

I then delete the social cookie

load the social site, asks me to accept all cookies, I accept all.

on the login page enter the email and pw

and once again get

now I will add that on the profile page in the email change area, it says there are issues with emails by yahoo and microsoft........ so did I just run into that issue....

yep can't log in anymore... I sent them an email message and what can they say that I should not have done an email change to a yahoo email even though I was using a different yahoo email without issues. it does have a warning there that they have issues with yahoo and microsoft emails but I ignored that... and look where it got me.. locked out of the site. but why would it let me log in for 12months with a yahoo email but when I change to a different yahoo email it then it has issues.

who knows when this bug gets sorted out and when I get to have my free pragmatic play dopamine. in the meantime I will be missing out the daily wheels, coins, tourneys, everything... I should have just left the email alone and taken that warning seriously about the yahoo/microsoft email issues. hindsight.

This is similar to what I had gone through when I couldn't log into Askgamblers 1 or 2 months back. Just hold on bro, hopefully things will be sorted out for you in due time at ST.

I emailed them but they can take ages to reply, only reply so far is the automated reply that they received the email.

still cant login to social tournaments...

is anyone even working on this bug to fix this.... pragmatic play makes hundreds of millions of dollars a year from slot players and they cant even get  their site working properly with email logins.....

now on the sign up page they dont warn new players about issues with yahoo and microsoft emails so if anyone signs up with yahoo and microsoft they wont be able to login anymore....

Nope

They can check your account for you and tell you what's wrong and whether they can assist or if you should wait for someone else to have a look and estimated work around.

BTW - Flatzem - Send me your email address in PVT. I know all the admins will ask them to check it.

here's an update: after sending them an email on SEP 13....... what happened, they didn't reply and its now SEP 20.

and still can't login... what a disgrace.
