Bonus on which casino? Nine casino?

Well I don't understand why you don't place bets? However Ninecasino has a great bonus structure. If you deposited and took a bonus, your real funds will always be withdrawable, whether you halfway through wager or just started. Instead of not placing bets I suggest you cancel the bonus just before it expire and have your deposited funds sitting there. The only time when your entire balance is non withdrawable, is when you have bonuses balance from a freebie without a deposit.

I would suggest rather claim free spins bonuses, as free spins bonuses are non-sticky bonuses as well as deposit offers but weekly and high roller scramble your balance. So each bonuses has different terms.

Btw my bonus never expired on Ninecasino. I only play with bonuses which are free or loyalty never claim deposit offers in general.

I meant in general. I was offered a 300% bonus upto €1500, it stated I need to claim bonus between 28-29, general terms apply. General terms is 7 days for bonus duration. I took bonus and they gave me 48 hours to clear wager. I did not touch bonus and requested them to fix bonus duration. They are looking into it.

I thought you mean Nine Casino.

They will never fix the bonus terms specifically, as this 300% offer was a special bonus, unlike their terms state 7 days, which are for fixed bonuses, like welcome bonus, reloads and fixed weekly ones.

As long as you have not wagered anything or made any bets at all - Just cancel the bonus and you will have your deposit back, I think its the best, they not gonna get back in time or will say no. But I also know how you love your bonuses, so...

But normally if a bonus has been expired - Normally the bonus amount and any winning exceeding your original deposit amount will be removed, and you will be left with your deposit, if you lost some of the money and then bonus expired, they will minus that amount from your deposit, because deposited funds get depleted first.

Seems like it’s just my lucky lately, barely had any issue with any withdrawal or deposit or games in about 7-8 years but now have had numerous in the last week.

Just want to give a big special shout out to Bet600, a Uk bookmaker / casino. Withdrew just over £5000 the other day from Slot Winnings and they processed it the next day but my bank rejected the incoming payment because of the amount Mastercard apparently flag it as high risk, so emailed Bet600 to explain, they emailed me back within 20 minutes (most casino’s or bookies would usually take 2-3 days to respond especially when they’re paying you!!). They then tried numerous times to re try sending me the money to no avail then they tried splitting it into 2 amounts upon request, managed to get 1 to go through but then the other still failed. So today they said just make a small deposit to register a new card and we’ll withdraw the rest to that card, did that and within 10 mins of emailing them to let them know that was done they then paid the remaining money from the original withdrawal to my new added card.

I know we all criticise Casino’s (I mean even I did myself with bet365 the other day) but absolute fair play to bet600 and credit where credit is due, impeccable service that went above and beyond and was super quick

Mr @pinnit2015 and @Fiekie247 have you played at any White hat gaming limited casino? If yes have you managed cashout? Do they stall payments? I played at Casigo btw. But below are some of them.

https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/companies/white-hat-gaming-limited-casinos

I played with them about 5/6 years ago last, since then they restricted me.

I played at GDay, Casilando, Diamond 7 Casino, Reel island, Fruity Casa and 21 casino.

I made cash outs at Casiland, 7 Reels and Fruity Casa - Received money to my e-wallet within 24 - 48 hours then. Not sure how it is now.

First withdrawal took just over 72 hours as i waited close to 30 hours to have my account verified, but other than that, I was okay with them.

Thanks. I hope they have gotten better. Received an email that says my withdrawal will stay in pending for 24 hours in case I want to reverse. Weird way of testing players.

Yeah, when i played at WHG they were notoriously slow (baffling as the quicker you pay out, quite often, the quicker the casino gets it back from a lot of players) - 3-5 days wasn't madly out there.

That was years ago and not sure why but some sites like 21 casino started paying in hours.

Regardless, not a group with many perks: they bonus ban you quite often (i was BB even though i rarely cashed out from them and the BB you if you do - hard logic to follow - i get why casino's limited bonus's to players but pretty insane when they're the ones offering them in the first place)

Low RTP's, average WR, slow payers - they kind of got stuck in a time warp

That was years ago but certainly not a Group i missed.

Bonus ban in the sense they stop giving you bonuses or they send you an email saying you have been bonus banned, right! Its not like you request a cashout and then they tell you you were bonus banned.

I got outrightly banned from the site  but most folk who get BB just don't get the offers anymore - they tell you sometimes you are BB, other times you noticed cos you don't get any offers .

Their Business Model was, almost to compensate almost for the sluggish games/***** payout times was the 100-200% offers up to 3/4 times a week so to hammer folk for taking them is weird (or winning from them - but they were 40WR i think anyhow, not like they were x5-x10)

Being said they are a fairly reputable brand who don't pay you for no good reason
