@Fiekie247 i am really sorry if i offend you but did you not mention in your post that you had confirmed with CS that free spins were on Doom of dead and told Mr P to check and in next post you wrote I am going to leave free spins and winning amount until wednesday. So why not tell chat I forgot to play spins instead of saying free spins were not added.

May I make a suggestion for you my dear? For any future comps, kindly ensure that the casino you make a dealing with isn't belonging to Aspire Global, Genesis, GameTech or a few others...they all belong in one same category...useless!

Nope you not offending me, you are right, which is why i told Sharon via email, the spins were added but expired after 24 hours, which I never knew and also explained to her, they said afterwards spins expire in 24 hours.

However - That same night the money was added - @pinnit2015 opened the game after I confirmed with him the spins were in Doom of dead, however he said his spins were not there and neither were mine, even though I said Ill leave the cash and spins - The spins were not there, as I was curious to check. Little did I know 24 hours they were gone. I spoke to Pinnit via PM regarding this as well.

So I am not sure which is which, the spins were added, we opened the game and there was no spins, or they said it was added but expired in 24 hours even though we did open the game that same night @pinnit2015 notified me the cash was added.

So I just left everything as is, and i know Mr Pinnit withdrew his cash that same night.

I don't care really about the spins that much, however i mean if the leader board investigation is complete, and I am in fact 2nd place, I could do with that extra 100 euros to be added to my account though..

Well When I asked them where does the 100 euro come from , they kept on saying its from Cashback of being a platinum status member lol and not winnings from the competition!

Aha, this is a good point actually and it’s the reason why I wasn’t so hands on this time around. 
 

This contest was AG exclusive, not just forum exclusive. So any members who entered didn’t need to post in the forum, just use AG tracking links. It’s very different with a forum exclusive contest, I’ll know every detail of the prizes. I hope that gives some more clarification

Hi guys, sorry for the delayed response on this one. I have now received a reply. 

The casino ended this contest on 30th April at 7am GMT and at which point the data stopped tracking. I was unaware that the casino was ending the tournament at this time and they reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. 

I'm afraid this is as far as I can go with this one and I apologise for any disappointement caused. Any further issues can be addressed with the casino.

Thanks for the Feedback -  Which means if the contest ended 7 am on the 30th of April, then it means the leaderboard is out of date still.

Remember I was complaining about all my data tracking on the day of 29th of April

I wagered more than 100 euro, which means I should have received over 100 points on the 29th of April so in essence I should have between 420 - 450 points on the leader board.

So I should be taking 2nd place?

I think it's extremely poor (and this is coming from the person who nabbed the K and was impressed they paid it so quickly) - the terms are the terms; now we can trot out (not having a go at yourself Sharon) the old 'amend at discretion' all we want but that doesn't change anything IMO.

Folk have wagered based on the close off being the 30th April, the end of and changing this just a whim is wholly unfair; that doesn't take into account the fact as Fiekie and me were noting, even THAT is incorrect. 

I don't particularly care about the FS either, but another thing that hasn't been honoured. 

My response here has probably been tempered a tad by the fact I won but still, a very distasteful flavour left in the mouth and another example of a casino approach of 'do as i say, not as i do' and a good example of how casino's can just make it up as they go along.

I was going to point that as well. He had a strategy. He was on 214 points for a long time when the third player was on 204/206 and then you came.

Let me just explain something. There are two types of contests which you may not already be aware of; 

1. Ones where I have complete control of. I set the rules the casino are willing to take my lead 

2. Rules are given to me and I simply relay the contest 

You can probably guess which one of these this one was. I have not just ‘fobbed' anyone off to support, I have spent the last week sending constant messages and our AG team has been absolutely incredible in helping me relay these messages - but we cannot control how the casino communicates back to us and there is where the problems began! 

Just to clear up the time issue - when I was asked by Fiekie247 on time clarification, I sent a message asking what date it was ending. When I was given the date I confirmed I would end at midnight, the same as I told you. The same as every contest I run. 

I was just as shocked as you to learn they’d ended it at 7am regardless of what I had said. 

And this is where I want to express my own opinion. Yes, the  casino are within their rights to do this but I hope they learn that this is only going to reflect bad on them. I am very disappointed with this casino, I’d go as far as saying I’m actually upset it’s ended like this after the work I out into these contests.

I spend a lot of time trying to make this forum one where everyone can enjoy and where you can sometimes win some cash so when things like this happen it’s really disappointing.

On a more positive note and I know this doesn’t make up for that’s happened, but some recent changes had meant that I have even more power when it comes to contests and I am planning in bringing big things to this forum.

I learn from every contest we have, what has happened in this one is completely out of my control and I can assure you that I will never let this happen again. I can only offer a whole hearted apology and hope that you can all understand that some things are just way beyond our powers as we do not distribute the prizes on casino sponsored contests.

I really do appreciate your efforts.

It was just the fact as per the Casino's response the contest ended on the 30th of April at 7am , whilst my bets of 100 euro which was placed during the day on the 29th of April were not counted towards the contest which is why I said I should have earned another 100 points before the contest actually closed.

But thanks again for everything you do and we really appreciate everything!
