Greenspin.bet Casino Support Is SLOW!

I'm going to lament on Greenspin.bet Casino (formerly owned and operated by Direx NV but now by Dama NV), because I am simply wondering what the heck is their Support Team doing. Are they way too busy to reply to my enquiries via their Live Chat host, via my own email and also via their own Contact Form on their website??? 😡

On Thursday (11th Feb 2021), I received a nice promotional email from one of their casino's affiliates (GOA), offering a 20 EUR no-deposit bonus for signing up at Greenspin.bet Casino. Wow! Wonderful, I was thinking. So I visited the casino's website, checked through their Bonus Terms and also checked through their T&C, just to ensure that my country is not restricted from claiming any no-deposit bonuses (some casinos have this clause in their T&C). Sure enough, there wasn't any such restrictions, so I can sign up and claim that 20 EUR no-deposit bonus, if that offer  was indeed a valid one.

So, the first thing that I did was to get in touch with the casino's Live Chat service, spoke to Steve (friendly and helpful) about it, but he said that he cannot see the screenshot that I had uploaded for him to see. He said that I should register first, then the screenshot would be visible. Hmm...very ODD...I was thinking to myself. Anyway, I then registered, filled in my profile, and got back in touch with Steve. Steve then said that he could see the screenshot, but cannot understand why the 20 EUR NDB was automatically cancelled by the system. I told Steve that I had checked the terms and conditions earlier on, before signing up, and that there wasn't any restrictions whatsoever. Steve then passed a message to their Tech dept for clarification, and told me that I should come back the next day to see if the problem had been resolved. I did just that, but there was still nothing there in my account.

That's when I exited the casino, got into my mailbox, and sent an email to their [email protected] address. By night time, there was still no reply from the casino's side, so I went back to the casino, logged myself in, and then used their own contact form to send an enquiry message directly. That was yesterday (Friday). Today, still absolutely nothing...no reply whatsoever. That got me furious, and here I am in Askgamblers lamenting!

Their customer support is supposed to be 24/7 (maybe it isn't after all), so I'm just blowing smoke out of my ears for as long as Greenspin.bet Casino doesn't respond to my enquiries. This is not what I would expect from any Dama NV casino, and is a disappointment to me. If no reply comes back in the next few days, I going to close my new unused account at the casino, and will forever have second thoughts about Dama NV!!! 

If anyone else here have had any similar issues at the casino, I would love to hear it please.

I played just once there. One deposit and one hefty withdrawal. Never played there again. Yeah support is quite not useful. I also never got the free spins from the first deposit bonus stating that the screenshot I sent them stating that I'm eligible for the 100fs , is not valid! Oh yeah. Thankfully I won and never played there again. But the late replies is something I'm used to to be quite honest. Eventhough I want fast things. I remember sending emails to various casinos and never getting a reply.

I'm referring to this guy who responded to reviews posted in the casino section...no name stated, just Greenspin.bet Casino...so I thought he must be the casino rep:

Thanks for the feedback mate. If that was back in 2020, then the casino was still operated by Direx NV. Dama NV took over in 2021, but obviously, still maintaining the same poor customer services. What a shame!

One more thing...

Askgamblers has a SUPERB 9.39 rating for this casino, and the casino is supposed to have an average 1 day of complaints response time.

Well, I certainly don't agree with that and I intend to waste a $20 deposit just so I can write a nasty report on this casino in the review section, so that many others would be aware and not be caught into a similar trap!

When that is done, then I will close my account at GreenSpin.bet.

Their Live Chat service has never been a problem. The service is pretty good on the host side, but when matters are referred to the technical side (and I assume may include the financial side too), that's where everything literally STOPS! No response, no reply, no nothing...so what the heck are those guys doing?

Nonetheless, I will give that rep a chance and see if he can do something about this issue. Failing that, my next plan of action will go ahead, hehehe.

First of all, really sorry to hear about your troubles with the aforementioned Operator. Two days (and counting) without a response from their Support Team is way too slow indeed. 

Unfortunately, I'm not able to ping any of our Account Managers right now and check with them cause it's a national holiday today and tomorrow in Serbia. So, basically, you have two choices, either submit a complaint and let me know so that we can process it asap OR wait for two more days until the AMs are back.

To submit a complaint using AGCCS on what grounds? Because the casino support team is damn slow and doesn't respond at all? Or complain that the casino had cancelled my 20 EUR NDB without any apparent or valid reasons?

Both are interconnected of course, but it is never in my heart and soul to make any complaint for a measly 20 EUR no-deposit bonus! 

If that promo was invalid, then let me know. If there's a hidden clause somewhere that restricts me from getting that NDB, then let me know. If the casino's financial manager chose to decline that NDB for other reasons, then let me know. Keeping me waiting and waiting for days on end just for a very simple answer is simply so dumb on their side that I cannot find any nice word to describe their actions!

But I'm a patient man, a very patient man, and no 20 EUR bonus is ever gonna make me change my ways...so I'll wait until those guys do give an answer! 😜

Today must be my GOOD day...simply because Greenspin Support Team finally responded this morning...AND...credited that $20 USD no-deposit bonus!!! :yahoo:

So, thank you Greenspin for keeping true to your promotion, and for not breaking my trust in DAMA NV casinos! Better late than never, hehehe.

I've spent the last 8 hours playing at Greenspin.bet, and I bet some of you would be wondering how it all went, right?

Firstly, that $20 NDB was waiting for me to play it, so I didn't waste any time spending it. Not a lot of money that $20, so I spent it all on a few of PlaynGo games. About 1 hour later, it was all gone. 😏

Then I made my first deposit of $20 to claim the welcome bonus, keyed in the promo code, expecting to see a 125% +100 free spins offer, but what I saw simply made me cry out "WTF!!!" For a $20 first deposit, I would only get 50% bonus +10 free spins! To get that 125% bonus, the required deposit would be $80! MISLEADING PROMOTION!!! 😡

Yes I think you're referrng to THIS bonus. We have it stated as a 70e deposit, the way that is displayed on the casino is very misleading indeed! Also I'm not sure why they would require such a huge deposit for a small bonus.

Yes, that bonus offer is correct, but I took this other one which is a better offer (further down in the 'see all' bonus offers), but turned out to be a misleading one.
