This is the term that they broke by not allowing me to close my account. The reason why 7bitcasino lied to me and broke their terms was to stop me from leaving with all my winnings. This term is straight forward and does not exclude any players from using it.

4.4 CLOSING OF ACCOUNT

4.4.1 You may close Your account by contacting customer support. 7bitcasino.com will return to You any and all funds from Your Member Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.

Looks like the OP made some good winnings at the casino, but couldn't get the withdrawal approved (probably due to verification, KYC, or a breach of rule), so he's hoping that he'd get all his money and winnings by closing the account.

Some casinos cannot close a player's account, but need to use the self-exclusion option instead (not desirable).

I remember this comment. Reminds me of myself. when i decided to register a complaint against a casino onece.While writing my complaint I was like i am right and will bring this casino down. I was stupid. I had opened an account on a casino two years ago. Never made a deposit completely forgot about it. And opened an account a new one made a deposit of 40€ took a bonus. Finished wager and requested for 160€ cashout. When they told me i had duplicate accounts. They put a 3x wager on my balance. I finished wager and ended up on 80€ extra than my requested withdrwal. I came here on forum to register a complaint. But i realised i was wrong. BTW has anyone else broken t&c of casino and gotten away with it. Casino not being harsh on them. Or should I start a new topic.

The casino has accepted that under the UKGC ruling, your self-exclusion was still active when you made your deposits and withdrawal. Hence, the casino should refund back your deposits as they cannot accept those deposits whilst you are still under self-exclusion.

Sorry Hyena, but that's the best offer that you can get out of your situation. Request for a refund of your deposits, and winnings too if you like, but don't expect to get the latter though.

With all do respect I don't think it matters what our opinions are because the main topic is about 7bitcasino breaking their own terms and nothing else. The casino reps lied and said that my account could not be closed because i still had a balance and i needed to cash out first. This is a flat out lie because this is not mentioned anywhere in their terms and if its not in their terms then they cant make up their own rules. The casinos are so quick to use their terms against a player but now that i caught them breaking their own term they don't like it. So lets not worry about why i didn't do this or that because that's not the issue the issue is them breaking their terms.

With all due respect, I don't think it's really fair and honest to throw accusations against a serious and reputable Operator such as 7BitCasino without the relevant facts and proofs. Therefore, you are once more strongly encouraged to share these with us in order to get an adequate help/assistance.

I already provided proof i uploaded with my complaint so don't come against me because your friends with that 7bitcasino  because the facts are that they lied and broke their terms whether you want to believe it or stay in denial. I had a feeling i would start to be attacked once i started exposing the truth about this casino.

So, you believe filing an AGCCS case then coming here and throwing  unjustified accusations prior your case being even reviewed by the AskGamblers Complaint Team has anything to do with 'attacks' and/or 'being friends with the casino'? :nea:I'd rather describe it as something totally unfair - both towards the Operator AND our forum community. 

Strongly encourage you to refrain from further activity in that spirit and wait until your AGCCS case is being reviewed.

So to close an account your balance has to be zero, Null, zéro, cero, нуль,  noll, μηδέν, 零.

i hope you understand. If youre balance is not zero they cannot close your account. It looks like u have broken their rules and are scared of being caught. This is why you want to close your account. You dont want to verify your account because you will get caught. You used a method of deposit which is not in your name and won a decent amount. They asked for deposit proof and you cant prove it. Am I right?

BEEN THERE. DONE THAT.

Btw when i look at that screenshot two things that bother me. One your 16% battery and second that VPN active on your bar. So did you also use VPN at 7bit.  NAUGHTY BOY.

Nice try but your way off buddy. I was in fact fully verified and had made a previous withdrawal  so that puts your BS comments to sleep. Now I hope you understand that what you said about if your balance is not zero then they cant close it. Where did you get this nonsense because that is not in their terms so don't put your own words in the mix. lol 7bitcasino sympathizers and affiliates are attacking me there is a major conflict of interest going on here.

Okay GENIUS. Can you please explain what is your idea of closing an account. How can a casino close an account if it has money. GENIUS. I just downloaded the printscreen and it shows you play in BTC and maybe you won big cash. So you wanted all in one cashout. Nice try. It is clearly mentioned in t&c that max cashout is 0.5 BTC. CASINO can't break t&c for one person. Saying that I want all my money by closing my account. Thats like looking for a loophole. Congratulations on your big win. But asking to close your account just because you had big win is not fair from your side. You are trying to dig a loophole that does not exist.

Once again stop making assumptions because you have no idea what your talking about. I did not want to close my account because of a big win so stop spreading lies. Even if I was it looks like it would of been well within my rights according to their terms. Lets be clear about one thing I did not write these terms they did so maybe they should revise them and thank me for pointing this out to them instead of not honoring their terms.
