Hey guys,

For some reason casumo keeps denying my 'proof of regular income'. I've send them my entire payslip including the bankstatement where I recieve the money (on the same account I use to deposit and withdrawl).
Whenever I go to live support, I get a response after like 24 hours, there is zero to no help.

I'm completely lost in the big o'l scamjungle that calls themself Casumo.

What can I do?

Greetings, Steven

Hi Steven and welcome to the forum. Have they given you a reason as to why they keep declining it? Can't see how else you can prove a proof of income better than a bank statement!

Oh lookie....Casumo asking for bank statements, yet again. 🙄

Don't know the facts of this one, but wouldn't be surprised if requested at withdrawal and they say 'can't pay, until you supply'

The Malta (and yes, it is wholly them) crowd, this Casino is particular, are out of control when it comes to requesting financial data.

Hey,

Until now they haven't give me any reason, live chat is not responding as we speak, been waiting for 24 hours now.

At first they asked for; "Proof of address, Source of wealth and Proof of identification". But I had a good win for the first time since a few months, tried to withdrawl and they hit me with the "Ah ey mate now we need 'Proof of regular income' of ya". Completly out of the blue. After I withdrawl 2.2k they started asking this. Such bullshit.

Update: https://gyazo.com/434d265afc99e66697ac90dea2a58b3b That red text, is the first 'kind of' legit help ive recieved from them in a week.
Atleast Casumo is a rip for me. Imagine having a 'live chat' and not responsing for over 24 hours (they did this 3 times to me now).

Thanks for the help thus far guys ❤️

Another update: Still not verified, but all of the sudden they payed. I don't understand anything anymore.

Well mate, don't get too surprised... One of their affiliate managers a few years ago was a former AG team member, so I guess they are checking our forum on a regular basis, you know... ;)

Welcome to AskGamblers Forum thou :)

I had a withdrawal pending but at least they've had a policy change it seems - paid the withdrawal out and then emailed for the payslip stuff - previously i think they weren't doing that.

If they want to SOW someone, then don't allow them to deposit in the meantime: just block the account. That bit of the UKGC reg's is a bit hazy and seems to permit them to do so but, regardless, from a business perspective it's not quite right (maybe it is the ultimate business model - u can deposit but never withdraw)

Anecdotally, they are one of the worst for SOW - i think they're doing it to their entire UK customer base, regardless of deposit sizes, how long you've been there: looks like they're trying to cover themselves by adopting (wrongly IMO) a blanket approach.

Have the odd feeling they've done that to actually save manpower, cause you would agree I guess that imposing certain procedures over whole country based group of players is much easier than searching, evaluating and then differentiating which one of these players are meeting predefined thresholds, then to apply certain SOW politics and reqs, etc etc...

Look what's happening with PokerStars who went ''by the book'' when it comes to SOW reqs, the majority of their latest AGCCS cases left unanswered at all and they are that close to getting an official AG warning. :(
