Karamba - Withdrawals

Recommended Posts

Hi,  I’m looking for some reassurance as I’ve been reading the complaints section and I’m getting worried that my pending £30k withdrawal may get delayed.  I didn’t take any bonuses so no worries there, but they are asking for lots of information and I feel delaying tactics are about to commence.

I could be wrong and maybe Karamba will pay me on time, but there asking all about transactions on my bank statement.

If they perform and do the right thing, I will leave then decent feedback, so it’s down to them really.

I put £5k in some on credit card and some on debit card.  It’s all above board, but can’t relax until I get paid.

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum :)

Maybe not exactly the news you would like to hear with £30K in pending cashouts from Karamba, but the facts are they are known as not being among the fastest ones when it comes to  processing withdrawals.  That being said, you could expect some delaying tactics from their end, meaning that you should not lose your good temper and patience. Of course, if something goes wrong you can always use AGCCS.

Good luck and keep us posted. :good:

Oh noo, Just make sure to send the document they are asking for. I think it is to be expected that they may ask you additional documents but yeah just to echo what has already been said, try and keep some patience for now. We're here for you if you need to take further steps.

Aspire Global aren't dodgy per se, just wind up merchants.

Might be why poor Conor from Trada has bolted after 6 months under them. Must be difficult if you're quite a bespoke casino, tailoring offers but then subjected to AG's (or any others) constraints.

So they're SOW'ing for 30k....sound a bit like dodgy Casumo.

Unfortunately the withdrawal is only £19k now as I fell foul to the dreaded “reverse withdrawal” as I was bored at home and lost around £12k back, so it’s took the shine of a nice win now.  Checked with Karamba today as my withdrawals are now overdue and was told there still checking my documents.

Nooooooo!! Do not reverse anymore. This may be exactly what they are hoping, you could be falling into their hands! Find something that will take your mind off this for a few days and do no reverse anymore. Keep us posted on how it goes.

AG are amongst, in addition to their site being slow and payments slow, the slowest verifiers around. Can be up to three days IIRC

Sorry matey, but can you use 'AspireGlobal' instead of 'AG' please in your responses? I don't think many readers actually know what or whom you are referring to when you say 'AG'. I always use 'AG' to refer to 'Askgamblers', so your posts always need a second reading! :D

My remaining withdrawals of £9k and £10k are still pending since 5th April.  They contacted me on 6th April and asked about certain direct debits, I answered immediately as they were my rent and car loan.  Today, 9th April they asked exactly the same questions that I’ve already answered.  They also wanted my savings account statement and credit card statement, which I sent back by 11.30am.

I got an email yesterday telling me I had won £500 in the “5 day 5k” challenge.  And checked my balance and they have indeed put £500 in as real money.  But I will not being touching it until I get my £19k

it’s now the Easter holidays, so no chance of my withdrawals being approved for at least another 4-5 days.

I still haven’t made an official complaint on this site as I wanted to be fair and give them a chance to prove they are genuine, but it’s getting very close that I will start proceedings soon to start a complaint.

Yeah good call not to play that win they've gave you! They really seem to be pushing you to play out this withdrawal! Stay strong, you can do this. Hopefully you'll be enjoying those winnings soon.

Anyone who has been following this forum talk, today after 10 days of waiting for my £19k cash out, I’ve just been on my account to find out they have declined the withdrawal and returned the funds to my playing account.  I have now lodged a complaint, so please follow any updates in the complaints section.  I am absolutely fuming and no explanation why this was declined

Just an update for you.  I’ve tried twice to submit a complaint and both were rejected.  On the second attempt, I removed the names of the operators I was in live chat with,  but was still rejected.  I still haven’t been paid and being told my account is being reviewed.  My first cash out request of £19,000 was declined after 10 days for no reason at all.  I am now 3 days into another cash out request of £19,500 and it’s  still pending.

Update -  09.44 on 18/04/20 - just received email saying my withdrawals are now approved...
