Hi all, I didn't think this was appropriate to post under the software miscalculation section as it applies to a shop, not an online casino. Basically played £5 at Ladbrokes on the Gladiator - Road to Rome game. Bonus triggered 10 spins at 10x multiplier. The lines began winning quite a lot, but the multiplier wasn't applied either at the time, or at the end of the free spins. I took a photo of the pay tables, and although I don't recall which 5-of-a-kinds came in (there were two separate occurences), the minimum they would have been, was £40 at 10x.
