  1. Hi, I would like to make a complaint regarding Crazy No casino , I recently joined and deposited around £400.. the casino allowed me to sign up well aware I am from the UK. I was then looking at the withdrawl process before depositing more and found that this company is not licensed to allow UK customers. I spoke to live chat who was extremely rude and insisted that the company allows UK customers if they follow the terms and conditions, I checked the terms and conditions and it says people from the United Kingdom prohibited to use this site... however two members of staff from the casino insisted we was aloud to use the casino if we follow the terms and conditions ... (obviously the term and conditions which says we are prohibited to play has to be ignored).. I believe I was mislead and when I deposited £50 it took £50.40 so this is not the amount I agreed to. I would like the casino to issue a full refund but they have refused this, could I do a chargeback or won’t the bank allow this?

Hi guys, i just need some advice, long story short i complaint to a land based casino Aspers, i Chose to be self excluded in January 2014 but i was allowed in few months later and was able to obtain a replacement card and deposit cash through their cashdesk meaning my self exclusion did not exist! as i got addicted and into payday loan spiral, i self excluded end of 2014 but after a month i kept receiving bonus and competition offers constantly So i went back after 3 months and was AGAIN allowed back in and was able to gamble and deposit money like my self exclusion did not exist, then in 2016 i did my thirst one which expired in 2017 And joined SENSE and i went back for a month and self excluded again 4th time and joined SENSE again. now iv made a complaint realising what they did was wrong and illegal, my mind was completely messed up, i am still paying some loans from that time. the manager Responded after a thorough investigation And apologised and admitted the fault was that on two self exclusion i was in fact never put on their system hence why i was able to come in and play and receive emails. And he said he will inform them gambling commission of this failure (as i had mentioned i would be taking this further in my complaint) But he said he noted my total loses to be around £8000 which is true as far as my bank statements show but he said he will donate the loses to a gambling charity when i clearly asked for him to refund me in the complaint! What can i do? Any help would be appreciated thankyou!!!

  4. Hej! I'm not looking for sympathy but tell how it looks. I'm addicted to gambling and really lost everything. Health. The girl. Friends. Family everything. I have managed to get away from the game sometimes but it always comes back and destroys. Little funny facts. Had $ 80K debt. Wins on slots so that I can pay off everything plus have a ***** sum over. Life is on top. It takes 3 months until I lose everything again except 10K $. Anxiety of course Starts with shares and it goes well. Was on sick leave so instead of going back to work I lived on it for about 2 years. Had $ 3-400 maybe. Had been away from games very long. There was not even in my mind until one day. I would just play for 5k $ of course. Start going to ***** with chasing losses. At the same time as I lose focus on the shares and take higher risks. Ends with Disaster. Moves home to parents. Girl away after 5 years and lives on the minimum of existence. If it does not go further down, it feels like. So many bridges I burned because of my ***** gambling. I have deposited at the casino $ 300K for a fairly short period. When yes played and the money is over, I get crazy and ripped off the chat and my VIP manager after bonuses, previous cashback and been sick manic. Didn't think about it then but when I read the logs, one sees that I am absolutely ***** crazy. Slowly, I put in quite a bit of money in the short period. Then they wanted to check where the money came from. I showed that I did not work for 2 years. Then also a $ 80k loan agreement they approved. Only there it feels as if someone might have reacted if you borrow money to play and you do not work. I NEVER SAID IM A ADDICT. But it does take anyone. They should be trained to see patterns. I have had 3 different managers and no one has pointed out anything. Been offered travel, ipad etc. BUT I would get a new manager when one had stopped. So had someone from another country. I played and the money ran out haha. Wrote as usual and excited but he is the only person who actually reacted to me. I wonder if you think I have any chance of claiming back money due to gaming abuse. So the behavior at loss and the sums I put in are completely sick. I think more about it now that I have been away from the ***** for a while that is horrible. How they play one's friend and everything just for playing more. I have already lost my life and everything that mattered. But they should have been able to stop this earlier or do it to someone else who is on the verge of doing so

I had a complaint with the MGA about everymatrix and 2 days ago i got a mail from them saying everymatrix is going to refund all my deposits since i excluded in 2012 - minus the withdrawals ive made during this periode. According to the mail this amounts to over 5000 euros,(allot of money) I was told to contact the operator or to send my banking info to the mga. I forwarded my info to the mga and EM but got no responce. I contact the casinos witch one forwarded it to everymatrix and another one told me they had nothing to do with the matter and that i should contact EM. Its been two days and i have not heard anything from anyone. I find this a bit odd. Has anyone ever been refunded by EM and how long didd it take before they responded/sent the payment?
  6. I have requested to ban myself from playing at casino Redkings (Skillonnet) on the 17/05 2014 due to gambling problem. Now, i opened an account that turns our is their sister casino under the same liscence Vegaswinner casino. They closed it immidiatly and telling me since i have requested a ban due to gambling problem. But i could reopen it if i told them that i was in controll and whatever. (Ofcourse im going to lie because I DO HAVE A GAMBLING PROBLEM. I have since then in an outragously bad run lost 6000 NOK. I just happend to notice all these casinos i have been playing at and losing ALLOT on since that day are all under the same liscence. Why do they allow me to play? All other casinos i have told i have a gambling problem has locked my account and told me i was never, ever allowed to play there again. This is what i expect when i chose to close my account stating that i have gambling problems. I realise now im an addict and i would do anything to reopen accounts, but every casino i have tried this at refused to reopen. All but the skillonet casinos. I have now requested my deposits refunded. As i understand they are not allowed to let me play? Am i correct? Can i claim i want my money back? Thing is i really,badley want to quit but i cannot help myself and i feel they have taken advantage of this. I know its my choice to play or not, but when i ask them to ban me i expect them to uphold this even when i come begging. Because im an addict i addmit i dont even know what casinos i have closed or not, so i just keep looking and trying to reopen locked accounts. Dont get me wrong, me trying to get my money back is just something i read about now today. That they have to refund. Im not trying to scam the casino in any way. I just want my money back and myself banned forever from all their casinos. In fact i never want to play anywhere anymore, but i cannot help myself. Right now the past month i have lost so much money its insane.. Im basicly in trouble because of this... I feel like i work my job just to pay my debts. Sometimes i even feel like i want to commit suecide. Offcourse im not going to do this but this is the way gambling has made me. And to be honest i am desperate... I feel like if i stand any chance at getting some of my lossses back i dont care if im acting in a morally shady way, because i feel like they have also acted without moral when they take advantage of people with gambling problems. Advice?
