Dear AskGamblers Community, I am reaching out to share my experience with Vbettr, where I’ve faced an unfair issue regarding two bets I placed. Below are the details: Account ID: 263026718 Bet IDs: 5164053012 (The refunded bet) 5164055859 (The settled and winning bet) Both bets were winning, but only the smaller bet (5164055859) was settled and paid out. The higher-stake bet (5164053012), despite being a winning bet, was refunded without a clear explanation. On the refunded bet, the system message indicates that "wrong odds were provided" and that this is the reason for the refund. However, this issue is a technical one on the bookmaker’s end and should not result in a cancellation after the bet was accepted. If the odds were indeed incorrect, the correct odds should have been applied, or at the very least, the bet should have been settled correctly. I find this process unfair, and I am requesting a proper resolution. I have already contacted their support team, but their explanations were inconsistent and insufficient. I believe this situation needs to be addressed properly, and I will consider escalating this to relevant authorities if not resolved. Has anyone else faced a similar issue with this bookmaker?
