  1. Not really, they keep telling me I have to email finance. So I have emailed finance multiple times, have talked to support and they tell me that they will email finance. They said that the refund is processing but it takes 7-10 days and I can't get an amount or verification, my credit card has no record of anything yet, so im waiting, but not holding my breath.

  3. Well, I spent some money so I don't know why they would want to get rid of me?? Will they refund all the money I spent?
