  1. Today, I made my 2nd deposit at Highweb's WinnerzOn, claimed its 'deposit $10 play with $50' as usual, completed the wagering, and now waiting for my account to be verified and to receive payment. Woo-hoooo! That's the 6th Highweb casino that I have won at, and it took only 2 deposits, same as at BetsPalace! ROCK ON WINNERZON CASINO!!! Here's the winning screenshot that made my final win possible...a 1000x win...and as you can see from my balance, I was on the brink of a bust!
  2. Ohh..man I remember one time I took a deposit bonus with free spins attached. I lost the balance and played the fs. Made a huge win and when I completed the wagering my 1400 euros balance automatically went down to 100 euros. (Deposit free spins had max cashout !!) Big bummer
  3. As I turn back in my memories, cannot remeber of having found a single place, where a regular gambler can actually find complete and consistent information on how exactly to defend his rights in any conflict with the online casino in which he/she plays! Everything I found was either too fragmented and unclear, or too short and concise! I am fully aware of the fact that such moments are extremely sensitive, but I also think that a player deserves the best! So I decided to sit down and share my personal experiences on the issue, moreover, unfortunately, in the recent months I had such battles on several occasions! And the most important is that I won every one of them! But how, you will maybe ask? Well, that's what we'll talk about in this practical guide! And so, sooner or later, everyone who practices online gambling reaches a certain point, when he/she considers that his/hers rights and interests are infringed upon by a casino! In no case is necessarily a casino, you have a problem to be some kind of “rogue” or “scam” – it is entirely possible to get into a conflict situation even with the best in the industry! So, what can be these bottlenecks about? Bonuses, promotions and everything connected with them, like wagering requirements, deadlines, eligibility, possible capabilities for cashing out, so called "bonus abuse" and others; Deposits and withdrawals and everything connected with them, like refusing or delaying payment of the amounts, timing, feasibility and others; Problems with the casino support; Problems with the casino software platform; Any other situations in which there is a disagreement between the casino, on the one hand and the client from the another. Well, let's imagine that unfortunately you find yourself in such a conflict situation! At such moments it is extremely important that you are fully aware with both rights and obligations, you have accepted voluntary, upon the registration on any online casino! So, you are completely sure that you have no guilt and believe that your casino concerns with you cheating! How to act to protect your rights? Try to remain calm and keep your mind cool no matter how much money, nerves and emotions are involved! If you can prevent yourself from being impulsive and from making thoughtless actions, I guarantee, you will win the battle in 90% of the cases! But if afford to be rude, disrespectful or even worse - to insult the representatives of the casino, which argue with, I'm afraid that your chances of success decrease dramatically! Every single word can and will be used against you, so very be carefully and think twice what and who you're talking! Again, do your best and behave yourself calm and with good manner to people on the other end - in most cases they are exposed to even more stress and tension by yourself! Do not rush to publicize the problem, no matter how serious the situation really is! All casinos are very sensitive on this matter and if you make them to understand that you are discreet and give them another chance to correct what you consider is unjust, I am convinced that your chances of success increase significantly! Moreover - in the majority of the cases in which you will rely on outside help, you will notice that maintaining confidentiality is an explicit condition to get such! Prior to interfere with anyone else in your problem, do try to resolve the case by your own! Try to get in touch with someone from the casino management team and explain everything clearly, accurately and honestly and if possible, support your thesis with all the proves you have like e-mails, chat transcriptions, bank statements, screenshots and etc. Try to show a strong and unshakable determination to seek for your rights – it will make the casino manager to take you seriously and do everything he can to solve the case! If you succeed – great, but if you do not - calm, the battle is just beginning! Here now is just the right time when you should seek for a help from outside! Generally you have two options - to contact any of the official organizations that deal with licensing and regulation of online casinos or ask for help from any of the numerous websites and portals, dedicated to online gambling. Please note the fact, that no matter of the options you choose, you will be asked to cooperate fully, honestly and fairly when presenting the facts and circumstances that led to this conflict, and to respect for confidentiality and discretion! Do not try to cheating by saving important facts or events - sooner or later everything becomes crystal clear and if it turns out that you were not honest and trustworthy in sharing the problem, I can say that the only loser will be you with one hundred percent certainty! I recommend that you first seek help from someone of the largest and most reputable websites and portals, dedicated to the lovers of online gambling! I guarantee that you will be pleasantly surprised by just how much the people there can help! A great example of such gaming portal is AskGamblers.com, offering to its members a unique complaint system, through which you are given the opportunity to resolve any kind of issues, by the mediation of the AskGamblers team completely for free! All you are required to do is to present your problem clearly, accurately and fairly and to read carefully the terms and conditions for publication of such a complaint! Typically, such complaints are resolved within a week or two, but may take longer, so be patient and let the people who deal with your case calmly to do their job! Be absolutely sure they will do everything that is possible to help and provided that it does not cost you a penny, I think it deserves respect! If, despite everything you've done so far, the problem is still on the table and you remain absolutely convinced that your position in this case is correct, then I'm afraid it's time to interfere with the heavy artillery! And these are just the official, in many cases even controlled by the government, organizations which issued the license, thanks to which, a casino, you have a problem with, is operating! Absolutely all online casinos have such a license! So what you need to do is look for which of them has issued the license, by which operates your casino. Usually this kind of information is marked visibly on the website of the casino and should not hinder you much finding it. So you found the name of the organization, it is time for the next step - contacting and filing a formal complaint! This is the most serious action you can take against a casino and, therefore, you are expected to approach with a maximum dose of integrity and responsibility when describing the details of your problem! Try to be short, clear and precise! Express clearly and unambiguously your claims, try not to make unnecessary emotional comments and in no case allow yourself to insult! If you have an opportunity to present evidence, than do it - saving any effort on your part of the job, reduces the chances of success, so do not be lazy at the very crucial moment! Do not give publicity to the fact that you filed a formal complaint, until the investigation has ended - otherwise you risk your complaint being terminated immediately! Be patient, because the official procedures take longer time to finish! It usually takes at least 6 to 8 weeks, but can last up to 6 months! I know it's awfully hard to wait for such a long time, but these are the rules of the game, so they must be observed! Here I will try to list some of the major players in the licensing market worldwide, as well as to provide you with their Internet addresses, where you can ask for assistance from them! In fact, for all those nearly four years, in which I deal with online gambling, I have fought such battles only 9-10 times, but I am extremely proud of the fact that I have not lost any of them! Anyway, each case is different and has its own specifics, so a universal recipe for success is not yet invented! But I can help you with tips on how to choose an online casino so as to limit the unpleasant emotions to a bare minimum! Be brave but never unreasonable! And remember that here, in AskGamblers.com, you will always be able to find someone to help you! ValDes
  4. For the last donkey years, any casino that has the wording 'luck' or 'lucky' in its name, that casino would be unlucky for me. I guess a new century brings a new change, and one such casino certainly proved this point for me today. The casino? MrLuck Casino, yet one more wonderful Highweb casino for me! My first deposit got busted last week, but my win at Bitkingz gave me the opportunity to take up MrLuck's offer of deposit $30 play with $150, with a reduced wagering of 30x deposit + bonus, instead of the usual 50x. Total wagering required was $4500. I toiled and toiled since yesterday, almost going completely busted on two occasions, with less than $10 left in my balance, but La Dolce Vita has never failed me as yet, and that game literally revived me! Not only that, this same wonderful game also brought me to the finishing line! My documents were uploaded, a withdrawal claim for $300 (10x the deposit amount) was made...and what do you know? My account got verified and the money received into my Skrill within 10 minutes!!! ROCK ON MR LUCK! One more EXCELLENT casino from Highweb!!! No big wins to show, but perseverance on Gamomat games paid off! Hehehe.
  5. You are reading me loud and clear bro! I took one more Highweb mad offer, this time it was deposit $30 play with $150, and that $4500 wagering (only 30x d+b, not the usual 50x) kept me damn busy the whole day and night yesterday, and this morning too. See the other winning screenshots thread for more details.
  6. No bro, this was at a normal deposit + bonus casino, so wagering involved. Completed wagering and made a nice withdrawal though.
  7. With Highweb casinos, I only take the deposit $10 play with $50 offers. I don't even take the deposit $20 play with $100 offer, although the two are basically the same, but the wagering is doubled!
  8. May all become moot as they are gradually being phased out in the UK. I only take them if I want a bit of play time or, as earlier, take 100% and roll on a BTG at max bet just to see if I can get a 5k x winner. There’s a probability calculation you can do looking at Expected Values with RTP etc. You can try PG SLOT Most are of no interest to me. I can’t be bothered playing wagering. Next offer I’m taking is a sports bet - 100 quid 4 team accumulator and 50 bet back that is wager free. That’s pretty much the only type of bonus I’ll take regularly.
  9. Gamomat...Gamomat...you are now my TOP MOST FAVOURITE GAMES PROVIDER!!! Yesterday, I made a second deposit at Highweb's Betrocker, took the deposit $10 play with $50 offer, completed the $2500 wagering just now, made a $100 withdrawal, submitted my documents for verification, so now its a waiting game for me (it may take some hours cos it's not even morning yet in Europe!)
  10. Today is my LUCKY DAY! From the $30 won at Spin Pug Casino from 50 no-deposit free spins earlier on, I then deposited $10 and claimed the 'Deposit $10, play with $50' offer, also at Spin Pug of course. After a few hours of play on my favourite Gamomat games, Great Warrior gave me a most marvelous 1344x win and put me on the road to success! Many hours later, I completed the $2500 wagering (50x d+b), still had over $500 in my balance, but could only withdraw $100. SIGH!!! But, it's still a wonderful win and I'm not complaining either! Best of all, money was received exactly 3 minutes later!!! Long live Spin Pug Casino and Highweb casinos! Here's the Mega win that changed everything for me. The lesser wins can be seen in the other screenshot thread.
  11. Yesterday, Spin Pug Casino gave me 50 no-deposit free spins (other Highweb casinos do the same thing too), Won about $11.70 from those spins, then went on to play my few favourite Gamomat games. These screenshots are part of my winning session. After completing almost $600 in wagering (50x), I finally got to withdraw $50 in winnings! Now waiting for my account to be verified and get paid...woohooo! One more nice happening at a Highweb casino (the third casino).
  12. The weekend is a mini-vacation when you can get big bonuses from Explosino! Activate the up to 40% Bonus and get up to 40 free spins to interrupt a routine with explosive multiplications! Activate ULTRA mode and get a bonus with low wagering.
  13. Thanks for this info, I think I made about 10 - 15 deposits this month accepting between 20% and 100% bonuses and out of that I only managed to complete the wagering once. The reversals of pending withdrawals is my achilles heel though, should just deposit at another casino and wait for the withdrawal to be processes as the pinned article mentions. Learnt about sticky and non-sticky bonuses for the first time now, another term I've heard of is a parachute bonus, maabe that can be added to the pinned article as well. Even though the article is 3 years old it is a good introduction to online casinos T&C's after getting yourself burnt by not reading the T&Cs
  14. Yes, I do know that the 50x bonus wagering is a big letdown for Joo Casino, but everything else about them is superb. Their special bonuses sent to me regularly are even better than from King Billy, or from any N1 casinos! Anyway, just goes to show how each player's taste and preference can differ worlds apart! Hahaha.
  15. Go to bonus section and activate the bonus and finish the wagering. Wagering is 10x bonus. So Blackjax bro...you owe me a steak dinner!
  16. Hi there, I believe heard about your case previously as you made a formal complain about this one which was not gone forward with. Maybe you can also help me clear up a few things too while we're at it. So you mentioned that you were a bit unsure about how casino bonuses work, but you also admit (after this whole ordeal) that you were a gambling addict who lost your rent money. First of all I'm very sorry to hear that and I hope you can get the help you desperately need. Please don't take this the wrong way, but if you've done quite a bit of gambling before, was this the first time you heard about the bonuses in casinos and the wagering? On BitStarz you select on the deposit page if you want a bonus on your next deposit and you selected that you wanted one, hence you received it. If it's the case that you got it by mistake, best thing is to just reach out to us right away and we'll remove it for you, no problem. But if you start playing it become a bit of an issue. I saw you doubled up your balance playing roulette (with high stakes) and then proceeded to wager out the bonus on slots, not going over the 5 EUR limit a single time. But as you were doubling up on table games, you breached the terms of the bonus. I'm not sure how it is in other casinos, but at BitStarz your bonus is locked with your real funds until you complete the wagering and if you forfeit the bonus prior to that, you unfortunately forfeit your winnings. As for the total amount you got forfeited, I think it was 1800 EUR. In all, we refunded your total deposits which means you deposited 1898 EUR and cashed out 1898 EUR. So to summarize, you voluntarily took a bonus, breached the terms unfortunately and you left the casino with just as much as you came in with. As well, based on your remarks about being an addict, we closed your account permanently. I know you can't gamble with us here at BitStarz again as you're an addict, but if you need help with referral to an organization that can help you, I'm happy to refer you. Olle
  17. Today, I signed up at Mystake Casino, made a 20EUR deposit and claimed it's 150% first deposit bonus. It carries a 30x deposit +bonus wagering, which is high and not to my liking, and no free spins are given with the bonus either. First impression...stingy casino! I played on a few Gamomat games, betting only on 10 cents and 20 cents (except up to 36 cents on NetEnt's Who's The Bride game), and I was last playing at 5 cents bets on Roman Legion when the bet SUDDENLY CHANGED into 25EUR, without my seeing or knowing it, and I lost all my 25 EUR remaining balance with that one stupid spin!!! The max bet allowed is 5EUR per spin, we all know that, so the system should not have allowed any bets to go above that amount when playing with bonus money! So how the fark did my bet suddenly went up from 5 cents to 25EUR in the next spin??? I made a complaint via their Live Chat host, he checked the system, reported back that there was nothing wrong in their system, so refused to refund me back my lost 25EUR bet. He offered a blardy 20 free spins instead...as a compensation and goodwill...???!!! I told him "forget it!" and am now thinking of closing my newly opened account, even though my account has just been verified! I am not satisfied with their customer support, I am not satisfied that no controlling measure is in place to prevent any bets going over 5EUR, intentionally or otherwise, and I really don't know what other things can and would go wrong at this MISTAKE casino!!!
  18. Well, this is basically my point. A couple of things: 1. Within the EU a clause which would never result in the loss of the casino and only in a win for a casino would be considered as unfair. I quoted the appropriate regulation in a post before. I mean this is the school book example. Should a casino really say this is such an important rule for us they should have all kinds and whistles in place to alert a player when he is violating the T&C. At least to the extend possible, which they are very well in this case, it is basically the same mechanism as wagering limits in the part of responsible gaming. With regards to the T&C, I am not really sure whether I entirely agree: See for instance point 25: Now it can't be the same as just winnings. Because: See for instance: I could give a number of instances why there is a difference. Though I appreciate your explanation a lot, it remains unclear to my when a winning contributes to the bonus and when not. From an asset-law perspective it would be an interesting thought that one could play with real money and would get bonus money in return. (With regard to the dual structure: you lose, you lose cash, you win, you get restricted money back). This seems more likely in a leveled situation. So, all in all. I would gladly refer this to a court. Especially when it is an industry standard to do it this way. I asked them if we could settle for a court or jurisdiction as it is a waste of everyone's time to fight over competences, however they failed to reply yet.
  19. This is the Bonus Terms at BitStarz Casino: 25. When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have two options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus, or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement. 26. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BitStarz will be final.
  20. Here's a copy of Praise Casino's Bonus Terms: All the bonuses are non-sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.
  21. Sticky - You need to complete wager requirements before you can withdraw or if its Sticky ( No Wager Bonus) - The bonus amount is always deducted on withdrawal whenever you decide to withdraw. Non Sticky - Real money and bonus funds are separate ( If you win big with deposited funds you can withdraw and cancel the bonus, as that winnings is added to the real portion), if you touch the bonus funds you need to complete wagering requirements.
  22. That's exactly what I meant by different individual interpretations of Bonus Terms! When playing with a Sticky Bonus, any winnings made from playing with real cash can be withdrawn, but the Bonus money would be forfeited, but once the real money has been used up, the Bonus wagering terms come into play, except for wager-free bonuses. When playing with a Non-Sticky Bonus, even if you make a winning with your real money, you cannot withdraw that winnings because the Bonus terms have already been activated. Withdrawal is only possible after completion of the Bonus wagering requirement. Yes, there are Bonuses that cannot be withdrawn with the winnings, and there are also some Bonuses that can be included into the total winnings amount and can be withdrawn.
  23. Sorry mate, but you got your bonus terms upside down there! Here's an example (not from BitStarz): All the bonuses are non-sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.
  24. Spirit123 must be an inexperienced slotter, because he/she wasn't sure how a bonus works. Maybe he/she had started playing, then realising that he/she wanted to cancel the bonus instead, maybe to play only with his real money, or perhaps to make a withdrawal of his winnings by then. Not enough info is given in his post, so we cannot know the real situation he/she was in. Most probably it was a non-sticky bonus that he/she took, so the wagering must be completed first before any winnings can be withdrawn. Or maybe he/she wanted to cancel the bonus after already started playing, but was informed by the casino that all his bonus money and winnings would be forfeited, possibly ending with a zero balance.
  25. Pardon me, but that answer they gave you is an absurd answer! Real money is always played first, and when your real money has been used up, then only you start playing with the bonus money. A bonus can either be sticky or non-sticky. A sticky bonus : you can withdraw any winnings when playing with your real money (before you start using the bonus money) but the bonus money would then be forfeited. A non-sticky bonus : you must complete the full wagering requirement before you can withdraw any winnings (if you don't like this non-sticky bonus, then you must first cancel that bonus BEFORE you start playing, or that wagering would become active and you have to complete it).
