It's been a long time that I'm being pro-active what concerns a review / additional information about a casino but iWild's Live Chat / email support just makes me irritated today. I've been a player at iWild for about 6 months, maybe longer and deposited € 1000's. Now today I asked a simple question: play € 100 = 1 iCoin ... the VIP levels they use and the %'s ... how much money has to be played for 1% (like so many casino's mention). Live Chat's answer: ''Unfortunately, we do not have this information. You can play and the level will rise. You can get acquainted with all available information in your personal account and in the VIP section. Unfortunately, raising the level is considered automatic and we do not have this information. Two days ago I began with € 1200, and played I guess € 2400 before the initial amount was gone. I rose 3%, the Live chat answer did not satisfy me so I wrote an email and got the most standard reply possible: Thank you for reaching out to iWild Support! You can track your VIP level in your account and all available information and available privileges for each level you can also find in the VIP section on our website. As soon as you gain the necessary experience to reach the next VIP level, your status will be upgraded. The column must be 100% filled, after which the VIP status information will be updated. I thought wtf + phew and continued my day, addicted to gambling as I am ofcourse I decided to deposit and use the weekend reload bonus but before depositing read the terms once again: So the weekend reload bonus: 50% bonus up to € 500 + 50 free spins; free spins are limited to € 100 max withdraw The bonus limited to max 5 times (wager = 35x bonus + deposit) EXAMPLE: deposit €30, get €15 bonus ... I can withdraw max €75 after wagering, if I withdraw all other bonuses disappear. And this count vice versa if you start with the free spins make €100 after 40x wagering FS winnings. ERrrr AHEUM!! I got a promo in email with no specific terms attached,35% and 80 free spins on Buffalo King Megaways waiting for You! when asked in Live chat if that promo doesn't have that max withdrawal x5 bonus amount coz no specific terms nowhere to be found I presume the terms on their https://iwildcasino.com/en/page/bonus-terms page count right???? Am I wrong ???? Prove to me that the email promo has the same terms as the promos with clear terms on your bonuses page....

Any casino insisting wagering requirements still apply after zero'ing a balance is , to be frank, dodgy. How can that even make sense, logically. It doesn't. Though closing accounts means very little - you can open them up afterwards and your data's still theirs for the next 7 years. Casino's don't care about retention, for a weird reason as it costs more to attract, not retain: it's all about new sign ups.

After what I had written in my several replies to them via email, they stood by their stupid ridiculous wagering term, so I stood by my principles...one BS on me and that's it with that casino...any casino! Their standard reply of "we're very sad to hear of your decision"...one more BS there....and they readily agreed to close my account. Dazard Casino was, and is, the ONLY casino that took real attention, cared for their customers, gave assurance of reliability, and eventually talked me out from closing my account. No other casino so far has even tried to do that!

Oh wow, what an odd thing to say. Most of veteran gamblers know that zero balance ALWAYS finishes wagering. I find this really bizarre.

@cocopop3011 I have tried explaining to them that with zero balance, all unfinished wagering should no longer be in play, but no, they insist that I must complete the unfinished wagering first before I can make a withdrawal. Their terms DO NOT STATE that zero balance would clear all unfinished wagering, and this is what they are adhering to! Really STUPID terms. I won't play at Winz anymore after this! Just read it now Afi. Agree this is an awful term, never heard anything as silly as wagering a deposit that has been spent to zero. And it would put me off depositing again. Unfortunately, I can’t do much regarding this if it is stated in their terms and conditions. Have you wagered the 23 EUR?

Yes, I remember your case Ales. It's not an issue about completing another 23 EUR to successfully withdraw the 150 EUR prize money, but needing to complete the unfinished wagering when my balance has already gone to zero...That is SIMPLY RIDICULOUS!!!

@cocopop3011 My withdrawal at Winz.io was declined! They wanted me to complete my 3x deposit wagering on a deposit I made earlier on but lost it. My balance was zero after that deposit, and was still zero when the 150 EUR money got credited. Winz,io has some serious problem with their terms and conditions, if I may say so!

Is Skrill prohibited in your country or you don't have it available as a withdrawal method in you casino cashier?
