      Hi @OlleBitStarz Thank you for the detailed response. So basically the player did not lose anything? He got his winnings forfeited, however you refunded all his deposited amounts which is the same amount as his deposits more or less? So to sum it up - @spirit_123 is currently even and did not lose anything: Had the 1800 euro not be confiscated, he would be able to cash out 1800, however not receive the 1898 refund of the total deposits - Which works out to the same thing in the end so either he got 1800 euro or 1898 euro as a cashout .

      and So point basically is saying if you cancel after deposit, your deposit will be available, however if you deposit 50 euro, started playing and lost 20 euro and then cancel the bonus, the available balance will be 30 euro - Which is where real money gets exhausted first term come in. Praise casino and another casino has that weird non-sticky term and its exactly the opposite of what they saying.

      Sticky - You need to complete wager requirements before you can withdraw or if its Sticky ( No Wager Bonus) - The bonus amount is always deducted on withdrawal whenever you decide to withdraw. Non Sticky - Real money and bonus funds are separate ( If you win big with deposited funds you can withdraw and cancel the bonus, as that winnings is added to the real portion), if you touch the bonus funds you need to complete wagering requirements.

      I have seen casinos misinterpret that term - Non-Sticky means, you can withdraw your real portion of cash, if you have not touched your bonus balance, yet some casinos say Bonuses are non-sticky and cannot be withdrawn before wager is completed - I remember I saw one casino have this term and I told their support to fix that.

      @spirit_123 - I understand exactly how you feel, but I believe you learn this lesson to always check your bonuses when making deposits and make sure the enabled bonus option is unchecked. However if this is the case, when you deposit on Wednesdays, you will not qualify for the Wednesday spins. So just be careful next time and double check everything before you start playing. Funny enough when a bonus is active, you seem to get decent hits, had the bonus not been there - 80% of the time you will suddenly never win that big LOL - Just my 2 cents or how it sometimes seem to me...

      Yeah I went through the same issue, I believe the reason you violated the bonus terms was because you exceeded the maxbet of 5 euro even though you did not know you have a bonus active. I think the casino acted fair, however if you realized you had a bonus, then you should have contact support and inform them so they make a note on the account should you complete wager, they might over look it. I once deposited 20 mBTC, received a bonus as part of the Monday 50% bonus and did not know. I made a 5.9mBTC bonus buy and won close to 50mBTC and informed their support about it. I went and completed wager and withdrew and it was paid, as I notified them at the moment of Bonus Buy I did not notice I had a bonus as I play with straight cash most times as well. Sometimes they make exceptions, and sometimes they don't, so better you contact support if you made a betting mistake. I am sure most of the forum members remember that Topic where Olle had to explain a couple of things.

      Hi Sharon We do not dispute anything you saying above and we know you go out of your way to assist and finding us contests. I really do appreciate your efforts. It was just the fact as per the Casino's response the contest ended on the 30th of April at 7am , whilst my bets of 100 euro which was placed during the day on the 29th of April were not counted towards the contest which is why I said I should have earned another 100 points before the contest actually closed. But thanks again for everything you do and we really appreciate everything!

      Hi Sharon Thanks for the Feedback - Which means if the contest ended 7 am on the 30th of April, then it means the leaderboard is out of date still. Remember I was complaining about all my data tracking on the day of 29th of April I wagered more than 100 euro, which means I should have received over 100 points on the 29th of April so in essence I should have between 420 - 450 points on the leader board. So I should be taking 2nd place?

      Off topic and non Gambling Related. So with Marvel Movies - I have watched the avengers and the latest Joker movie as well. So I have never watched any batman movie, or captain America or any of the individual character movies, with the exception of Iron Man and Thor. So my Wife convinced me to watch all Marvel movies int he order, starting with Captain America and I enjoyed it. No offense people but I have never even watched the Bad Boys series, except for the 3rd one recently - I know I am bad! I wanted to know - Who was your Favorite Joker?
