@Astaroth - I think it's time to give VS a break... That's what I did when I was fed up, feeling they do not give a shiit about me. Again, as I said, they are very firm once they been instructed what to say or how to handle a situation they do not change their course. They stick to what they believe and do not care if you make $100k in deposits a year. Even when you use the AG complain system they do not care, they wil tell you F off and lay an official complaint with their relevant commission... The break was almost 2 years and another 1 year again. After that their shiity attitude and loyalty program did not bother me. I just decided to make smaller deposits compare to giving them on average $8k a year in deposits. This year alone I deposited around $100 at VS and about $400 at Mr Vegas and withdrew around 3k over last 3 months from them together after my last withdrawal as well as them telling me I cannot make deposits and only play tournaments. Now I am faced with country restrictions and cannot play at them anymore Good riddance I say!
