They make payment within 28 days of the submission of the invoices. So for the PP contest, is cocopop announce winners today, we will get payment for the PP contest by 27th of July the latest, which is 28 days from today.

Back to point here - No rules were changed just like that( it was changed within the scope of the starting day, which was at the beginning of the comp), and they were not publicly posted in the official rules on the first page, but it was confirmed later in the day.

Finally got 10 000x win and then another 5k win, Thought it was max win on that 100x multiplier wild I think I will leave it there and be satisfied with that 20 euros.

I agree, but I understand as well at the same time I hope, since our other payments haven't been paid yet, if the contest finish and cocopop chase the MAY payments, maybe she can ask them to pay these as well, while they doing the other payments if possible. That would be nice instead of having to wait another 28 days for this contest. I mean makes sense if you in the process of payments, make all relevant payments to the same person.

@nkbd42Welcome to the AG forum. I am afraid there is nothing you can do. What casinos implemented, was to make sure the money that was used to place the bet, is allocated to the relevant account, in your case you placed the bets using bonus funds, and therefore it is trying to allocate winning to the bonus funds ( the active bonus) in your case and since it cannot find the actual active bonus account to allocate the winnings, its automatically forfeited. So there is totally nothing you can do to recover those winnings and they will not be able to add the bonus back. So just play the bonus rounds, finish them, and make a new deposit without a bonus and perform your new hunt. I hate to be the barrier of bad news, but in your situation nothing will change at all, nor will there be a different outcome.
