      Yes it is ? From my experience years ago, happened to me couple of times. Really weird you wait 72 hours if I won in a tournament, but if my balance are even, I get it basically almost instantly. 1 hour or less. I do not however agree with those terms, withdrawal should take same time whether its same amount or not.
