I personally feel that the amount plays a bit of a role but luck plays even a bigger roll. At the end of the day luck can be with your at anytime so depending on the Bet you placed at the time, really will judge if you will walk away with a huge win or not. So you can deposit $50 or you can deposit $250, however if you have a bigger bank roll you will place bigger bets lets say with $250 you will place bets of $2 - $3 maybe and with $50 you can maybe go up to $1 in the beginning while building a balance. Now just imagine hitting 15 pinks on Reactoonz with $3 compare to $1 bet, you will definitely feel the difference as the win amount will differ. So personally yes, depositing a bigger amount will have some effect as you would place a higher bet during the time of a huge win...
