Deposit bonuses cannot be claimed with skrill - Cashback is excluded, if I were to deposit 1000 euro with skrill and then claim cashback, they will issue, as they offer 10%. Even with the promo offer, they gave bonus code for welcome bonus of 150% and 50 free spins, however the cashback is in case of a lost, whether its with or without the bonus, that is how I saw it with every other Direx N.V/Dama N.V cashback offer.

Dama N.V and Direx .V seems like the same company to me to be honest. or they have some type of relationship.

Similar like the ones below which I used and they issued the cashback after I lost my deposit - They gave me the cashback, even though I made straight deposit without claiming the deposit bonus and I claimed cashback here with no problems.
