Well...slightly miffed with this one. Opened account....bank transaction declined - apparently the card i was using failed their Realex fraud score (but...they can't say why other than 'it's not saying there is fraud etc). I've never charged back any deposits etc and it's the card i always use. However the deposit was taken out of my account....the casino are saying it should be refunded (which begs the question how, if it was rejected, was it taken). Anyone else heard of casinos using Realex? Slightly annoyed as moneys out and their support is only M-F 9-5pm (which i knew)
