  1. On that note - when you ring up a place and they ask to take your details to make a payment (which I never do and would tell people not to do so), iv never once heard anyone say ‘yeah, but can you send in a pic of your card as well’ so why casinos have to do so baffles me. They can set their payment controls so that cardholder and their details match (same as on the phone - can I have the name on the card). Strange.
  2. Meant that Betit are using their (most rubbish) casino as a trial for their brand :-) I don’t know how robust the Trustly checks are and/or if it will be available if you only want to use VISA as a deposit method. Surely using this play n go method is limited thought as it’s Trustly only at the moment? As they’re operating in Europe they still have to comply with AML so presumably they’ve got the sign off on it from their legal or compliance teams. Risk wise for the company: lower costs for KYC collation, small KYC team etc. Be an interesting legal situation if, for example, the controls in Trustly etc fail and they’ve more Mexican drug money running through them than HSBC bank did. The loss of control of your own verification procedures to a third party, whilst possibly still being liable for any breaches of the ML Directives, is a difficult choice. One that will be made on cost - why spend 2 million a year on internal KYC when you work out the maximum you’ll be fined is 500k for example. What we need is someone to leak the cost/benefit analysis done. Time will tell - though what we probably all agree on is that the current KYC processes performed by some people are stuck in the dark ages. Guts for example took 4 days to verify my bank card - again, there is no reason for them to even see it IMO given the payment controls you can have in place. Never asked for it by a UK bookmaker online - and for good reason.
  3. I’m not entirely convinced by the benefits either. Don’t need to enter registration details? Who cares, it takes 2 mins. As for KYC - if it’s done properly (Sky Vegas) it’s no hassle anyway - don’t need to send in anything as e verified. Maybe it costs the company less doing it via Trustly so that’s a benefit for them. Obviously using Thrills as a pilot.
  4. Forgot about it too.., as I said earlier, it would have been a very, very harsh judgement if they’d sided with the Casino over this. Also, maybe points to equitable approaches beating the strict, literal, terms and conditions Common sense prevailed - maybe the UK GC can recruit some of their lay members as we need a heavy dose of it over here.
  5. By the way, bit weird they didn’t advertise the winners - normally, one of the aims of these is to publish that ‘you too could be a winner’ as part of their PR. Who knows whether these draws take place half the time...maybe their external auditors know though ;-)
  6. There’s a few things that make me sign with promotion offers: raffles and leaderboards (Hello, Guts and VJ). I could collect a million tickets and never see a winner :-( Better off playing Mega Moolah ;-)
  7. 500k probably underestimate given I play it every day (not watching it, doing other stuff... try 2 million ;-)
  8. Just checked my slot tracker.....that one there was 2500 spins. At Novibet. The sickening 45p was Novibet again. If I recall it was probably 3000 spins for that one. One before that was Allirish Casino. The bulk of the rest have been split between Casumo and Highroller. Should be mooted that before the run of 3 in a week I must have went 75000 spins without one, so basically I think it was evening itself out. Still only 1 Five Scatter though across 500k plus spins
  9. Check it out later - pinnit2001 to pinnit2200 will occupy all the top places. All separate people of course ;-)
  10. Is PayNPlay (basically deposit with registration) only going to apply to Trustly? 1. Deposit without registration (v little benefit here as registration takes 60s sometimes) and 2.KYC data apparently collected via your merchant bank so no need to send documents etc. Be interested to know if the UKGC etc would have a problem with this as, now iv read it again, it reads as if KYC is still done obviously.
  11. Same for UK. Presumably because the UKGC here wouldn’t let them keep their licence for doing so? Thrills were once good and then turned into a cashmio type casino of ridiculous offers such as ‘deposit 50 to get 10 spins at value of 20p’, so no real loss.
  12. Sorry Fiekie.....3rd WL in a week - this one came with 2/3 left. Shame on 18p but a WL's a WL
  13. I can’t check because I changed my nickname, but if I recall I think they allocate you one and the default may always have 4 numbers at the end. I highly doubt anything nefarious is going on but probably wise to moot that Videoslots apparently had problems with bots recently in their battles. Incase anyone wasn’t aware, someone essentially found a way to hack the battles (informal/unconfirmed I believe)
  14. As above : reputable casinos will keep paying you, not so may not. And such establishments don’t really care who knows this. Solution : don’t play in clip joints. Reasons why they pay? Because, over time, they’ll get it back ;-)
  15. Point 1: Royal Panda are not on Gamstop. Yes, part of LV Group of Companies now, but AFAIK still a separate licence so in effect not governed under the same regime in terms of licensing conditions. For example, you can be SE under LV but not RP and the UKGC would rule there’s no licence breach if you played at RP. Secondly; the fact you opened a second account with RP has no bearing on being owed any money back given that, per above, they don’t participate in Gamstop as of yet. So I’d say you’ve very little chance. You may find your winnings are void now given the two accounts, if they pick up on it. It’s poor systems for not identifying at point of registration but for me that’s about it.
  16. I struggle to see the point of this game - the only plus points are the symbols are easier to tell apart. To be fair iv not played it much - PNGs have been balance munchers so I’m lying off them for a bit. Already have a HV ish game in Moon Princess so not sure what this game adds. Is the maths/variance different? I don’t know, they feel pretty similar. Annoying ish irk with PNG is the speed of some of their games and the delay at the start of spins - wish they’d sort that :-) Not the worst though...if you have some spare cash go play Push Gamings Wild Swarm... you’ll have smashed your laptop by the end of the week. Been battering that slot all week to see its potential and nope, nada. From Tiki Tumble to this.. grr
  17. not sensational but 1. was on 10X until the last spin when a wedge of Kings came in and 2. GOLD came in all at once from a cascade
  18. May all become moot as they are gradually being phased out in the UK. I only take them if I want a bit of play time or, as earlier, take 100% and roll on a BTG at max bet just to see if I can get a 5k x winner. There’s a probability calculation you can do looking at Expected Values with RTP etc. Most are of no interest to me. I can’t be bothered playing wagering. Next offer I’m taking is a sports bet - 100 quid 4 team accumulator and 50 bet back that is wager free. That’s pretty much the only type of bonus I’ll take regularly.
  19. Run with assumption links fine : https://www.gamstop.co.uk/participating-companies May involve knowing that Betit are Kaboo etc
  20. The games not as bad as I thought it would be - as above, if you’ve a smallish balance I’d avoid the Max version: regular dead spins, but the normal one can have a few decent hits. Bettter than their recent outings. Solid/average 5/10. Still a long way to go - why do Netents have those memory eating intros to their slots? Pointless and even turns my Mac’s fan on before I even spin.
  21. UK punters, given the UKGCs obsession with RG, need to watch out with it as well, even if you use the time out facility etc. Some are making you go through a reopening process that asks about RG, even if you didn’t SE etc. Personally, other than the closure kick starting the process of deleting your data from their servers (5 years normally) I personally don’t see any real benefit of closing accounts. Given the fact that casinos are buying their competitors and merging etc it’s likely to cause problems in the future when they start merging databases etc (see above) Iv had a few good cash outs at places I’ve not deposited at for ages, got a nice ‘come back to us’ bonus and bolted... rinse and repeat every few years ;-)
  22. The other explanation is that user names tend to have the letters and numbers. I know, crazy. Must me something in the water these days.
  23. Went to Novibet... four wilds rolled in second spin, managed to get plus 5. Had my screenshot finger ready to post here to say to you ‘like this’ :-p Alas 100 quid from 18p with no wilds in plus 5 Batter it, batter it more and it comes. Once it does if ur lucky it’ll be in the next 2000
  24. Nothing really to prove or refute to be honest. The OP has an issue with casinos in general. One of his slides (not that I could be bothered watching it all) has ‘better deals on other sites’..err, OK, good to know. They do pay - normal joe bloggs won 104k from a 40p bet a few months ago and to my knowledge he got it quickly and is still playing there so... they don’t ban you if you win. They’re an OK casino - just a bit faceless and, like most major bookies, not particularly willing to engage in complaints etc
