Eventhough mga states differently in the directives. Of course i did! I was even making deposits with vpn on and playing slots that were prohibited to me.

  12. Here is a twisted story. In 2015 i made an account with betsafe.com. Please be informed that the case is still being reviewed by casino management, but i would like to share the story. So anyway, i registered in this casino, in 2015 eventhough my country was restricted. The casino was notified by my country's gaming commission in order to stop providing unlicenced gambling and stop accepting players from my country. Well, apparently the bml group/casino, did not comply with this only after couple years later and add my country in the restricted list. But still then my account was active. Long story short, in the meantime, betsafe's terms and conditions had a term where it was stated(and still is) that VPN is not allowed in any circumstances. Since, i was not able to use the casino properly (making deposits or playing online slots by various software providers that were restricted to me) i was allowed to use the VPN. Not only that, but i was allowed to use it for deposits, playing the restricted software providers and other things. For example, betsafe casino states that slots by netent provider are restricted for me. Since the software provider cannot provide unlicenced online services to there restricted countries but with the use of vpn i could. So apparently, betsafe had breached its own terms and conditions. Eventhough, my obligation was to check if i was country restricted (which i hadn't cause back then i wasn't so well informed about those scenarios) wasn't betsafe's obligation to inform me when i asked them? Or wasn't betsafe's fault to breach its own terms and conditions by letting me use VPN, eventhough masking the ip adress is highly prohibited? Because with this way you are letting a player use deposits methods he shouldnt be using, playing slots by software providers that are restricted (stated in the terms). And another thing. I had asked from the support in 2016 to close my account permanently(back then the responsible gaming tools were not available as you can imagine) but i was offered a bonus so i decided not to close it. Eventually, i closed my account one month later, but there is the thing. I was able to open it once again, eventhough i had closed it and even received a confirmation email by support, stating that my account will stay frozen as i requested it. It seems pretty odd that a casino has sooo much freedom when it comes to obligations and rules.
