  6. Well to be honest I don't like the pogg. The site has just one special trait. It can resolve issues between you and N1 casinos and some other selected casinos. Also keep in mind that it declines complaints that have to do with refunds. This is a pretty tricky one since most of the complaints are declined payments and refunds. Personally, I would either make a complaint here or at mga straight away.

  8. Without knowing much about Casumo's ownership or management, i would go with the idea that Casumo changed hands in the recent years? Or maybe the key roles got swept along with a sudden reconstruction and chaos came.

  13. Yeah from what it seems, since everything is already verified, then I believe casino is over using it's authority of requesting documents from an already verified person. Wait a little more and your complaint will turn live.
  14. After years of gambling along the way I stumbled across many issues with many online casinos. Some were professional enough to resolve the issue fast but some of them being unresponsive, actions needed to be done. I remember many conversations between some folks and me talking about it. Whenever a customer had enough with an issue with the disputed casino, whenever he threw the 3 capitals, casino turned the "we are here for you to fix it now" face. Personally, I have used MGA complaint platform couple of times and had a 100% success. ( Same here at askgamblers) But my question is this: Is MGA really the boogeyman of online casinos ? Or at least used to be? And if yes then why are they so annoyed by this? And what about other commissions such as UKGC? I would like to here some thoughts on this matter.
