      Hi sidekick! Welcome to Askgamblers forum! I doubt that I can give you the exact answer unless you describe more your "self exclusion" and the "terms and condition" of the casino you pertains. Another is you must first contact the same casino that you want to register or simply email them and ask your query. I suggest to contact first the casino so you can avoid filing a dispute about them for the future and another you can't change their decision to confiscate your winnings if you don't comply to their T & C, your effort will be worthless.
