i check his review by tool, it show 37% unique content only, this is 100% bad rewrited article, and not personal review. To not look like idiot, i check two of mine recent reviews, both show 100% unique and not any other repeating on other website. Therefore you should check all reviews of this user very carefully, and if others written same way, it is just trying to cheat you and all of us, since no one interesting to read rewrite articles.
so with 37% unique text, you answer is no, his reviews not personal experience with game.

1) They russian oriented/have russian owners/ russian stuff. Never wait good things in such casino, it is most likely will be just headache for you.
2) I never had account with them, get spam few times in a week from this idiots = they buy mail listing from someone. No any good casino will start like this.

It's good to know how someone else plays and then rate the game. Each of us have different likes and dislikes, so no ratings can be the same, or on the same basis either. For another person, he/she plays the game, doesn't get any free spins, bad payouts, so his/her rating will definitely be on the low side, perhaps 5 stars and below. A "stupid game" to one person may even be a "super game" to another!
How anyone rates a game is their own privilege and prerogative. There are no wrongs, there are no rights either. Here, we just want to share each other's ideas, that's all!
