      When I read the original complaint I ask myself how can a player who deposits his honest money be made to suffer in this manner. The signs were there regarding this casino. I would have never deposited here after reading reviews. 30k is a year salary for half the world. A lot of money. I feel for you. My only suggestion.... Next time read the reviews before you play anywhere. Win palace has so many complaints on here and other forums. Really sad.

      Actually, customer support was calling me off hours to say they were sorry. Forgot the girls name, she called me from home. She was in Cyprus I think and we talked for an hour. Really sweet girl. She told me that the casino was doing this to many players and they were getting many complaints. It is really sad. I really mean that. I had such a bunch of good runs. Minimal deposits and huge cash outs. Every time. So loose. But......... Their terms will steal your money. I have concluded that you do not need to make huge deposit to make big withdrawals, I read a thread, I think it would it was you, that you turned one penny into $1000, a casino give me 10 free stickers spins, and I withdrew €1000 from that, I posted it on my YouTube channel, I also turn $.12 at another casino into US$1000, and I left US$50 into continue playing, and I withdrew another thousand.       In case u r wondering why I am not depositing lately the answer is simple. I do not think it is fair that because I deposit 32€ and win over 1000€ several times in a week it is a reason not to give me a NON DEPOSIT GOOD WILL BONUS. SURE I have cashed out a fortune but the point is other casinos, win or lose always give me a NON DEPOSIT GOOD WILL BONUS based on actual game play. Even 100 bucks would be fine. But u never give me anything. This should be listed somewhere on the main page like BETAT. My RTP was clearly listed there. In big bold letters... LAST SESSION 25% LIFETIME 84% I think.
