  1. Curacao certainly isn't the best licensing jurisdiction around but it is used by lots of trustworthy casinos so don't write anywhere off based on that fact alone. If I didn't get my 20k from any on-line casino i think I'd probably pack it on all together... that would just be too much for me to cope with. I pray you get your money vtyyppi

you are right. the majority of casinos operated from there is trustworthy. however: if they change their policy and turn rogue - you have a jurisdiction which doesnt act...

so. better solid jurisdictions. there are enough top notch casino in jurisdictions which are worth to be called jurisdiction at all. :-)

  2. wow. thats a nightmare regarding the amount they owe to you...

some time ago i had a similar problem with a playtech operation, called europlay which also closed down, while promising me to pay my winnings (was just around 5% the amount of yours and it still hurt bad).

The lesson i have learned from that: i prefer casinos from relieable jurisdictions such as malta, uk, gibraltar etc.

curacao imho is just an alibi-jurisdiction so they can say "yes, we are licensed"... if i decide to play with an operation of that authority than only tiny deposits. I do not trust them. it is a scrappy iurisdiction which attracts a lot of very weird people, having weird attitudes towards other people.

If i want the no risk no fun game then i do it right and play at places without any license at all (costa rica e.g.). what is remarkable that after winning big from small deposits i got any penny i won into my neteller account - before the timeframe they stated in their t & c has elapsed.

Never feel secure when doing business with a curacao licensed operation.

I guess they took your and other players deposits and are trying to setup another black hole operation.

i feel very sorry for you. the by far worst experience when gambling online is to be betrayed by an onlinecasino.

  3. Yes, PartyHummel.....Discipline is key.  You can't let emotion get you or else you'll start chasing loses endlessly until you go bust.  I don't look at it as "I must profit each session"....I look at it only weekly, or even monthly basis.  I've lost several sessions, but still be up over a week's time.

I just like the idea of "hit and run" vs. sit there for hours on end until the house finally gets you.  As you know, the longer you sit...the closer you're getting to that "streak" where the house wins.

totally right. any additional stake rises the probability of triggering a losingstreak...

prevent busting a deposit by any means.. :-) i should try to follow that rule^^

  4. :D

well... live dealers are organic rngs. they produce rabdom events.

Yourconcept imho seems reasonnable. however it needs very strict seld discipline to hold back from chasing losses when you fail a few spins.

to stop then and try later seems a good idea.

  5. Jack : Trada is the last to speak as they also fall in this category of not being old fashioned anymore hehehe " Trada is the first casino that restrict $2 bet limit when claiming bonuses using skrill or neteller - I see this rule as complicating your bonus LOL"

BTW how far are Trada at implementing the quick spin feature on the Netent games?

you can be freed from that stakesize limitation for ewallet deposits. just ask livesupport. thats also explicitly stated in the promomails. ;-)

I´d prefer that 100% cashback on a regular base. just to mention... ;-)

  6. Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Do you mind clarifying this offer a bit? Seems a bit difficult one to understand, especially when there aren't any terms and conditions stated.

Also, cannot find this offer into your bonus section here in AskGamblers?  :unknw:

    Thank you in advance. ;)

i would recommend to edit the walletadress, which is stated. noone should do his deposit by a forum published walletadress - published by a profil, which posted one topic...

especially, if the t & c seem to be... to good to be true... i am sorry, i dont trust that profile.

  7. Couldn't agree more.... In fact, setting any responsible gaming options/features that are not working properly is even worse than setting none as this may lead to players getting confused and misled.

Sincerely hope the original poster will manage to gather and provide adequate proofs /such as screenshots or email for example/ though and file a new complaint against the aforementioned operator. Responding to complaints issues or not, I can assure you that any unresolved complaint brings consequences to operator's rating. negative ones of course.

    i guessed so...

and there are people like me who like to read complaints.

a casino stating that it "wil not disuss player issues  with any third party..."

    are very suspect to me....

  8. As you probably have already noticed, your complaint has been rejected due to the fact that you failed to present any evidence that could support your statements and demands.

regarding the 2 former unresolved complaints, issued towards that operation, they anyway do not seem interested in constructive moderation concerning any issues...

If an important function of the site does not work - and they obviously know about that fact - either the function has to be deactivated, or they have to compensate clients, who relied in the functionality of their website.

I would not be shocked, if they just didn´t care that its not setup correctly, since players who rely on their service might feel secure... and do maybe forget about the deposited amount... since that surveillance is "outsourced"...

    I really...

do not like that kind of attitude.
