  1. What annoys me about this is that they haven't contacted me to tell me, yet they say they sent the email on the same day! But also I know that the picture is of perfect resolution! All my pictures always are!

    you might laugh - i wethdrew once from 2 playtech sites - europacasino and casino tropez. it took about 3 days if i remember right.

  3. Huh, how is that even possible?! If the money were sent to an expired credit/debit card, then the transaction was supposed to be declined by the bank and your money should have been sent back to the casino bank account. From there on, it is just a matter of discussing an alternative payment method... 

     

    Feel free to submit a complaint against 32Red if your money never arrived one way or another. 

    Oh I contacted them and considered it is not worth to argue.

    First and foremost I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the aforementioned casinos only too often lately I am hearing of players being able to deposit and play after self exclusion.

     

    Regarding Netbet Casino, in my opinion I believe they are stalling in regards to returning your deposit, however it is a term at every casino that you make sure your personal details are correct, and that's down to every letter.

     

    Your problem however seems very trivial, and a simply 'Y' included in your name is very petty! And yep I sure do know how frustrating predictive text is on iPhone.

     

    If you don't seem to be having any resolution with the casino, in this instance I would suggest you Submit a complaint.  Just click the link I have supplied and make sure you include as much information as possible,

     

    Let us know what you do, however if you do submit a complaint we won't be able to talk about the issue on the forum until it's closed.

     

     

    ups... i was just thinking about discussing certain open complaints here at the forum since some casino reactions are really scary and imo they should know that all of us are noticing and disapproving...

     

    regarding the netbet-case... one single mistype does not lead to a breach of the t&c imo.they are licensed at malta - a reputable iurisdiction, located inside the eu. not at an alibi iurisdiction such as curacao e.g. if they refuse to find a solution regarding your case - also after placing a complaint, here which is the easiest way to try to resolve this - you shouldn´t hesitate to submit a written complaint to the mga.

     

    I am pretty sure that they will show no understanding to treat you like a fraudster because of an unporpused mistyping. It is extremely ridiculous to use this as argumentation since no online casino has any automatic check when signing up, if you have excluded from one of their sister sites. They check that, of course - manually - after you are requesting a withdrawal. ;-)))))))) a single mistype of your name would not have fogged your identity.

     

    netbet has a serious number of almost 110 complaints, here. 7 weren´t solved. thats almost 7% unsolved. in the first sight that does not look extremely promising...I will avoid depositing. Might be i am wrong with this - didn´t they recently change their name? :-)

    I guess that maybe they did not all recieve your emails...? Especially Betat and casinoluck...

     

    I experienced it to be the best way - if you feel in need for some warm hearted gesture - to contact the support via livechat, directly. Especially at the top-notch operations you usually have people there who imo empathise with their players and know how to help to get a bit easier over the pain of a losing streak.

     

    In most cases wr anyway prevents a cashout, however imho it is really the gesture of appreciation that counts. It´s like recieving kickbacks from your wealth management etc when they are gaining comissions for your assets etc.

     

    However - I would never ever consider any deposit an asset. since its busted within seconds, usually. ;-)

  8. in february 2015 i requested a withdrawal of 150 € to my neteller at 32red. I have been using only neteller for years. 

     

    after the money didnt show up for weeks i asked them and they said they have ignored my request and processed the amount to an expired card i quit almost cebnturies ago.

     

    of course i should have kept in mind i had used an expired cc at 32red in my former life. ;-)

     

    so i thought it was my fault.

     

    the money has dematerialized btw.

     

    asked them to block my account. dont want to risk to get the mega molah jackpot one day processed to any bank account my grand grand grandfather might have had. ;-))))

    Can a casino reps to purposly decive, mislead, tamper with account, break the terms and conditions to get a player to gamble there winnings?

    sounds like a casino i know quite well - sounds as if they have really tricked you. as i understand right - in short

     

    you deposited.

     

    you won a random jackpot.

     

    you requested a withdrawal.

     

    you sent in docs.

     

    the amount disappeared from pending state, where it was shown as reversible in the account section and you could frankly believe that it is being processed...

     

    a few days olater it didn´t hit your bank account - however the su7m showed up at your casino balance - declared as bonus money instead of real money. which was not withdrawable.

     

    as you saw this you remembered wagering requirements, tried to meet the playthrough and thereby lost the bonus money...

     

    after the money still didnt arrive at your bank account you asked at the casino support and they told you, that it was reversed since their eyes were to sore to read your docs - and you gambled it away...

     

    when you complain it was bonus money they say - its still your own fault - they deny to have tricked you...?

     

    if thats right i would suggest to act as follows:

     

    open a complaint at ask gamblers - do not formulize it commonly - announce each single mistake and breach of own t& c the casino made. 

     

    name those ugly operators. anyone should know about that unethical practices. If it is the ugly place i think it could be i will of course add my experience with them - they state a 24h pending period for withdrawals at their t & c. since i am very vulnerable tpo pressing that button and they of course know it happend that they did not process my requested withdrawals DURING the week for 4 days - i guess in hope i would reverse and finally lose - what happened the last day - i think otherwise the amount would still be pending.,..

     

    they lie in their advertisments about fast cashouts into ewallets. they are not reputable. they are trying at any means to avoid any withdrawal while it is nor possible to set any deposit limits or other security measures when using their stoneage downloadcasino.

     

    I stopped depositing there after i found out - there are casinos cashing out almost instantly - most 24/7. flushing withdrawals on request, helpful support who do not try to trick you into reversing.
