      I am so disappointed with RTG casinos. Today I received a promo email with 10$ free at Free Spin casino. (I wasn't a member there). On askgamblers it showed my country's restricted, but I still tried to sign up and succeeded. Claimed the coupon in the cashier and it worked too! Then spoke with live rep and they told me my country's restricted and that the "promo emails are automated you know". Why you send me emails, let me register and claim coupons and then say I can't play there. Such bad PR, because the chat told me I could play there but I'm restricted from bonuses. Like after this I would trust them. Had to get this off my chest

      It can be any of the reasons. For example, if I lose many times in a row in the casino, I change it because it's possible it wasn't my lucky one.

I almost always contact the live chat first, as you said before, it makes the first impression and if it's bad / the support is in bad english or doesn't exist at all, it makes the opportunity for me to deposit there smaller.
