      Greetings Awena , In regards to the Maximum Bet Size indeed if one was to exceed this the winnings would most definitely be in question though to outright void them due to a simple mistake I think is a bit harsh especially for new players whom have never experienced online casino's. One thing the industry may wish to consider as an idea : is the adoption of making it Technically impossible for someone to exceed that maximum bet I see some casino's have adopted this idea in particular Casino Luck and Next Casino. All of that Said Rules are Rules and if the ability exists to exceed that maximum bet do so at one's peril I have learnt that lesson myself way back in the day .

      I agree with the concept of the idea in that it reduces "clutter" and would in theory make verification more simplistic in nature though for the industry to adopt such an idea indeed there would need to be a Universal Agreement by the regulatory bodies and the online industry as a whole this alone would be a major hurdle. Currently in place with many Casino's as I have noted there are Simplistic Verification processes in place which are straight forward and then of course there are establishments which make verification "difficult" : in Terms of Occam's Razor I see the theory as sound but like many new theories there are of course pros and cons and the reality of "Anomalies".

      Greetings AG community , Just thought id float something in regards to game errors it may be a random thing or it may not be but have any of you out there run into "game errors" when a win streak occurs and have noticed when you aren't winning those errors just ...don't occur. might be a wild theory but I'm starting to think the possibility is not so "Random" the logic doesn't way up : I've had some bad runs lately after winning cycles were broken by game errors without naming any names I'm starting to become critical of where I play tbh. e.g Dead or Alive ....287 usd hit then constant game errors after mid play and in the feature , quickfire that's another one thunderstruck for instance suddenly wont load properly after a "server disconnection" and yet when I try to load it on other casino's it works fine ... just baffles me these things .

      Greetings , I've heard the different theories on this hot and cold matter totally a myth the random number generator will pay at will when it wants too that said RNG's cycle (fast>hot) when a lot of people are playing the same game but your still dealing with the same situation where every spin is random.       My Five Cents Worth : Ok so they messed up and paid you the money ...and you went out of your way to return it and its going on 2 months ...I'm assuming over the course of this time you would have "expenses" associated with trying to rectify their obvious ongoing blundering ...If i were them in the face of this ongoing publicity I would sweep the matter under the carpet and let you keep the winnings ..the ongoing in incompetence sends bad publicity signals.
