If I'm in @Flatzem shoes, I wouldn't bother going to AGCCS, simply because that 14.5 EUR is not cash money but bonus money. If Slotamba decides to reinstate that amount, then the unfinished wagering would be reinstated as well. Might as well just wait and see.

@Angel (Andjela). I cannot really catch what you were saying in your post. Firstly, it is a crime for both of you to play under one and same account, not as you said 'under different accounts'. Maybe you made a mistake by saying different accounts when you actually meant same account. Secondly, and most importantly, it is forbidden (at all casinos) to transfer funds from one account to another person's account. All transfers and transactions must be within the same account under your own name only. If you had tried to transfer 4000 EUR from your account to your husband's account (within same casino), then that is forbidden and prohibited, hence the money was refunded back into your account. This mistake can be considered as FRAUDULENT (a fraud), even though if done unknowingly or unintentionally, as it may have been in your case.

Naaah, I didn't bother at all! They would only give me stupid answers and excuses. These marketing people (from many other casinos as well) all live their lives by lying!

All casinos should end a campaign only when the balance has gone to zero. With PlaynGo, I can still play with a 0.01 balance. Same with Playtech too, campaigns only gets cancelled when the balance goes to zero, or you cancel the campaign yourself.

Usually such offers are only meant for those getting it in their mailbox. Is there a button you need to claim or activate it?
