I really don't get it how come the casino's registration system didn't track your registered email address. In most other casinos, whenever I try to register a new account, the system would do a check on my email address, followed by an approving tick, or a message indicating that the email address has already been used (registered) at the casino, indicating that I already have registered there before, or at another sister casino. Looks like BGO's system is partly at fault here, which I would definitely fight against and stand my ground. They should make some leeway for you Kevd, one way or another, just to be on the fair side, which otherwise isn't.

Well, they have asked you to make a $25 deposit to upgrade your account into a full member account. Same as what had happened to me years ago. Then they asked me to make 2 more deposits following that first deposit, also as per their requirements. I can't remember what it was for. After I made that 2 deposits, 3 deposits of $25 each, I still couldn't withdraw my winnings, because the casino's management wanted to SCRUTINISE my account first! The truth is...no one can say with 100% certainty than fun mode play is the same, or otherwise, as when playing in the real mode! Each one of us has reasons to believe it is so, or not to be it is so. I, personally, have always believed that fun mode play can never be the same as the real mode play. I have done lots of research into this, have done numerous comparisons playing in both modes, plus, I have also been informed by certain reliable casino staff that fun play usually uses a different set of reels...just as Free Spins game uses a different set of reels from the base game too! So...whatever it is...you have to make up your own mind. Regardless of what others may tell me, I am a 100% believer in what I have said...that fun mode play can never be the same as the real mode play.

Okay...I'm back...and I've just checked my Neteller account. There's a message that says Net+ cards will no longer be available for use from 25th November... Meaning all Prepaid and Virtual cards would no longer be available...until service can be resumed later...but don't know when. The provision to open a new virtual card has also been removed...I can only view my past cancelled card details and records. So...we only have our Neteller account for use at casinos and for transferring money back into our bank accounts. Can't use them for anywhere else I guess... but it makes no difference to me anyway...it only affects you guys who use it for daily use.
