If this is not stated in the Bonus terms, then the General T&C prevails, meaning, what the casino has offered to you was the best that they can do, not forgetting that extra 50 free chip that Stephanie has also offered to you. In most instances, the T&C wins! In rare case, the Bonus Terms wins! This is a bit like Claire vs Trump...hahaha. Well, 1500 is indeed a lot of money, Harry, so perhaps you can check out all the terms again to be sure of yourself, before deciding to take up what the casino has offered, or go on fighting for the full Bonus amount win. This issue can be a real bummer indeed! I have experienced the same situation before, many years ago, but I cannot remember at which casino it was. In such a situation, no two casinos would do the same thing! The Bonus Terms may state 10x the bonus amount, but the general T&C may state 10x the deposit amount. In some casinos, it is also clearly stated that if a dispute should arise, the Promotions Terms will prevail, meaning, the Bonus Terms. In others, the general T&C prevails. So it's like flipping a coin if you don't know the rules. I've had both sides of the coin imposed upon my winning amount...once the Bonus Terms, the other the general T&C. Won one lost one.

Hehehe...thank you for the nice compliment mate. If there's anything that I am not satisfied with, I would dig in further to get more info...as I did for BTC cryptocurrency. What I found out were just as disturbing as suspecting it only...so nothing looked good to me! As for 'cold storage' of anything...better lay off it mate! Have you read anything about 'cloud' storage? Everyone thought it was a good idea, until facts leaked out that others were actually hacking into it and using all the info there!!! I have never trusted any 'cloud' storage and I don't use them at all! Just for your thoughts...all cryptocurrency transactions are encoded, encrypted, and chained to one another, and so are the Ledger records. What if a hacker gets in and add or remove just one digit from all the existing records in the Ledger???!!! All records become null and void!!! And all BTC currency gets lost and cannot ever be recovered!!! Doesn't that SCARE anyone at all???!!!
