A 3-days delay is nothing much to be so worried about @tonino234. Since the casino has replied that their payment dept is under heavy workload (may be true, may be not), so it may take a while to get your payment approved, ie, provided your account is already verified. If not, expect a longer delay. Some casinos are known to be snail-pace movers, delaying everything is a common practise to them, but the good casinos may experience such delays under very heavy workload. Okay, so it's different players, not the same IP, not the same household, not the same computer, and also I presume not the same crypto wallet too. So how did the casino conclude that mltiple accounts were used, or that bonus abuse was done? If that casino is listed here in AG, please use the AGCCS to file an official complaint...and hopefully things can be resolved for you. Good luck!

@dorota123 Hi there and welcome to the forum. It is difficult for anyone to give or suggest advice or comments in such a case. Playing in any casino with your friends is considered a 'collusion' and is prohibited. You listed 7 accounts in that same casino, all in different player names I would presume, but somehow something links all 7 accounts together, hence it becomes a collusion. Maybe it's the crypto wallet used? More specific info is therefore needed from you before more advice or comments can be given.

@helenakp You should put more focus into your screenshot taking. Wait for the feature game to revert to the base game before taking a screenshot so that the total win, bet amount and time can be seen. If Netent's game logs always don't show the correct total winning amount and bet, maybe it's better for you to play some other provider's games. Just saying...

The game log doesn't show the 60.32 win...and the winning screenshot doesn't show the date, time or casino...and Netent isn't helping her out either, sheeesh! The only way is for her to try and get a new VALID screenshot before the contest ends.

Yo! You misunderstood me my dear! I said the screenshot showing that 60.32 win on a 0.20 bet does not show the date nor time it was won. Of course the game log shows the date, I can see that, but the game log doesn't show the 60.32 win, only the 60.12. One would think the total win was only 60.12, cos it doesn't show the total 60.32 win. Strange that it should show 0.20 bet win + the feature game win instead, but anyway, blame Netent for this kind of silly game log! Anyhow, I've never played on a smartphone, so I wouldn't know what kind of game logs it would show.
