      Well Gambledor, I watched your video, I read the notes included in the video, but honestly speaking, I really don't know what to say. I don't play poker at any online casinos, but I do know that any sort of additional software used to play any games are prohibited at all casinos. In your instance, the casino is accusing you of using these softwares, and there's no way of knowing whether what they are accusing you of using are true or not. This is something beyond me to answer. The only possible logical reason that I can think of...is that someone else, probably a hacker, is interfering with your account and gameplay, causing all sorts of 'unexpected' scripts in your gameplay records...thereby making the casino think that you are using external softwares. It's just a wild guess, but it is a possibility. I have seen and read so so many complaints on 888/Cassava casinos, and I myself have avoided from playing at any of their casinos for many years. Perhaps others should do the same too! There are many other better casinos to play at...it just need some browsing into Askgamblers casino reviews here to find which casinos would suit best.
