I requested for a live agent but the bot replied agent was not available. I asked why I didn't get the bonus, the bot replied MAKE ANOTHER DEPOSIT, claim the Sports bonus offer, then I'll get the bonus - BULL!!!

@cocopop3011 I think the main problem is that no bonus was given to both myself and Kuff upon our first deposit, even though the deposit promo had been chosen. Don't know why, so we just have to play with our raw cash - at $0.40 USD (RM1.60) bet per spin, our balance can vanish in quick time! To change the min 50x would be unfair to both Kuff and myself because we have already zeroed out our balance! I too could have gotten a few more screenshots if it wasn't at 50x requirement - but then again, there might not be many more new participants for this contest due to the country restrictions.
