  1. Here's a copy of Praise Casino's Bonus Terms: All the bonuses are non-sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.
  2. Are you sure that is correct? I mean, if the player is not well versed with legal terms or legality, does that mean the player's interpretation is the correct one? No way!
  3. That's one of the ambiguities in their Bonus Terms that can lead to disputes and rejections. So, which is which?
  4. That's exactly what I meant by different individual interpretations of Bonus Terms! When playing with a Sticky Bonus, any winnings made from playing with real cash can be withdrawn, but the Bonus money would be forfeited, but once the real money has been used up, the Bonus wagering terms come into play, except for wager-free bonuses. When playing with a Non-Sticky Bonus, even if you make a winning with your real money, you cannot withdraw that winnings because the Bonus terms have already been activated. Withdrawal is only possible after completion of the Bonus wagering requirement. Yes, there are Bonuses that cannot be withdrawn with the winnings, and there are also some Bonuses that can be included into the total winnings amount and can be withdrawn.
  5. Sorry mate, but you got your bonus terms upside down there! Here's an example (not from BitStarz): All the bonuses are non-sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.
  6. Where gambling is concerned, all the Terms & Conditions for casinos to operate have been thoroughly scrutinised and written down to favour the casinos, never to favour the customers. The 'small' 3%-4% edge that initially casinos are given are really unsatisfactory to them, so many other ways are 'introduced' into their Terms & Conditions to improve their revenue returns. One of the ways happen to be how Bonus money can be used and should be used, but with many 'pit traps' to catch erroneous players and to confiscate their winnings. Everything is quite legal in the eyes of the law, but the terms are clearly seen as being quite unfair to customers in many respects. It is therefore very important for customers at casinos to read and understand all the stated Terms & Conditions and to make sure that no casino rules would be breached or broken. The truth is, not everyone can be well versed with terms and conditions, even if written in simple basic language, but terms are always written with lots of ambiguities to give casinos some extra edge. The terms can be interpreted in various ways, and that's where most disputes stay unresolved or lost.
  7. Spirit123 must be an inexperienced slotter, because he/she wasn't sure how a bonus works. Maybe he/she had started playing, then realising that he/she wanted to cancel the bonus instead, maybe to play only with his real money, or perhaps to make a withdrawal of his winnings by then. Not enough info is given in his post, so we cannot know the real situation he/she was in. Most probably it was a non-sticky bonus that he/she took, so the wagering must be completed first before any winnings can be withdrawn. Or maybe he/she wanted to cancel the bonus after already started playing, but was informed by the casino that all his bonus money and winnings would be forfeited, possibly ending with a zero balance.
  8. That's what people would call 'a big dream with a small budget'! If you want big wins, then of course you need to play with big bets, but honestly speaking, it's almost impossible to win many thousands of dollars on $1 or $2 bets, unless you win a Jackpot prize. High rollers want to win big all the time, so their bets are usually at least $10 a spin, up to $100 and more even! The filthy rich players may be playing with over $1000 bets per hand (table games), but slot games have a much lower allowed max bet size, usually up to $100, or less. If your budget is around $100, then you should be playing with 50 cents bets or less, or up to $1 per spin if you don't mind losing it all within minutes!
  9. Pardon me, but that answer they gave you is an absurd answer! Real money is always played first, and when your real money has been used up, then only you start playing with the bonus money. A bonus can either be sticky or non-sticky. A sticky bonus : you can withdraw any winnings when playing with your real money (before you start using the bonus money) but the bonus money would then be forfeited. A non-sticky bonus : you must complete the full wagering requirement before you can withdraw any winnings (if you don't like this non-sticky bonus, then you must first cancel that bonus BEFORE you start playing, or that wagering would become active and you have to complete it).
  10. I think you better include Mystake Casino into your black book too. I played at that blardy casino because you had played there and written a review on it...not that I'm blaming you mate!
  11. The Live Chat host had referred the matter to the technical team but they refuted the error in their system, so refused to refund me back that 25EUR bet. I told them that I only play with very small bets, it can be seen from the bets history too (which they did), but insisted that they cannot refund me the money. What a BLARDY STUPID REASONING!!! Hope other players would seriously take note of this...do not assume that the Support Team would always help you out...they don't!
  12. I would have continued playing MG games if they haven't stupidly removed selectable lines and autoplay functions...it's such a dread to click and click and click for one thing, it's even more dreadful for me that I no longer can play with lesser lines...so goodbye MG games for ever!
  13. One bride went out of line...that's the second time so far...sigh.
  14. Hi there Missjane, welcome to the forum. Yep, there've been a few Aussies around here, but they are like the roos...hopping about here there and everywhere. Maybe one will hop back here to help you out.
  15. You mean you've been sleeping in someone else's bed??? Hmmm...okaaaay...not my business! But welcome back anyway.
  16. Sorrrrrrry...all MG games are off limits for me nowadays...including my once top favourite game (in deep freezer now). No trying, no playing, no hesitating.
  17. Yeah, it's a good idea to do a recording of each playing session to be on the safe side, but that's purely nonsense for me...a complete waste of my time and effort...then requiring me to delete that recording after the play session. Inconvenience after inconvenience. If anyone else is even thinking of signing up at this mistake Mystake Casino, better go somewhere else! The Live Chat may be friendly, but the Support Team is totally hopeless when it comes to issues such as this. Imagine if I had made a win and a withdrawal...it would simply be rejected because I had played on a 25EUR bet...and the casino would simply refute any arguments I may put forward to them! Furthermore, the wagering is a high 30x deposit+bonus, so that's one more not-good point to note. Blackjax mistook the casino's name as Mistake Casino earlier on when Kayenne posted his casino review...and I saw it as Mistake Casino too...now it's truly a BIG MISTAKE on my side!
  18. Agreed...that Max Bet button is redundant for most players. With Gamomat games, the Max Bet button is to the left of the Autospin button, and on the right of which is the Spin button, so there's no mistaking in making a max bet instead of making a spin. I was playing on manual spins anyway, so once again, there was no reason for me to go to the Autospin button either.
  19. Well, some players do keep track and a record of their slotting activities, but each doing it in their own preferred ways of course. Some are even using existing proprietary software for their tracking purposes. I myself have been keeping track of my games for a long time, but I keep only the very relevant details into my tracking records, like the number of spins it took to trigger a feature game and how much it paid out. I don't ever need to keep track of my RTP details, for example, as I find them unnecessary, and they can hardly ever influence the outcome of my games anyhow. A very low RTP in one play session does not guarantee that the next play would be in the 90s...it could even go even lower than before! So I never bothered about RTPs, not the game's RTPs nor my own session's RTPs. You can develop your own system, to your very own preferences, but I don't think many players would be really interested in them...much less if it's a paid system.
  20. And ditto with this Mistake casino as well. They say it's not a glitch in their system, yet the bet changed from 5 cts to 25Eur without my moving the cursor from the spin button at all!
  21. Today, I signed up at Mystake Casino, made a 20EUR deposit and claimed it's 150% first deposit bonus. It carries a 30x deposit +bonus wagering, which is high and not to my liking, and no free spins are given with the bonus either. First impression...stingy casino! I played on a few Gamomat games, betting only on 10 cents and 20 cents (except up to 36 cents on NetEnt's Who's The Bride game), and I was last playing at 5 cents bets on Roman Legion when the bet SUDDENLY CHANGED into 25EUR, without my seeing or knowing it, and I lost all my 25 EUR remaining balance with that one stupid spin!!! The max bet allowed is 5EUR per spin, we all know that, so the system should not have allowed any bets to go above that amount when playing with bonus money! So how the fark did my bet suddenly went up from 5 cents to 25EUR in the next spin??? I made a complaint via their Live Chat host, he checked the system, reported back that there was nothing wrong in their system, so refused to refund me back my lost 25EUR bet. He offered a blardy 20 free spins instead...as a compensation and goodwill...???!!! I told him "forget it!" and am now thinking of closing my newly opened account, even though my account has just been verified! I am not satisfied with their customer support, I am not satisfied that no controlling measure is in place to prevent any bets going over 5EUR, intentionally or otherwise, and I really don't know what other things can and would go wrong at this MISTAKE casino!!!
  22. I guess it all boils down to a max payout limit of 250,000 USD/EUR or thereabouts, depending on each provider's capacity. (Edited) I hope those huge wins you mentioned above are not winnings by streamers!
  23. Yes, you are quite right mate. Most games have much lower limits, only the extremely volatile games may have higher limits, even possibly up to 100,000x, I don't know for sure, but the point I was making was that MOST games would never ever pay as much as 50,000x the stake amount. so players shouldn't really be wide-eyed-attracted by such claims. It's a once-in-a-lifetime possibility. Once won, it would may never occur again.
  24. Even from the very early years when desktop games came into existence, game providers had always (and will always) implement a maximum payout cut-off limit. Back in those early days, Playtech games, for example, had a cut-off win limit of $250,000 on all their games, even though a few games like Deep Blue could pay more than that amount. Nowadays, this limit is not stated anywhere, cos game providers want to blind player's eyes by not stating it. If anyone thinks that there is no cut-off win limit in extreme volatility games, or not possible for it to exists, then better think again! There's only so much that any game can ever pay out. Providers made sure of that, to safeguard their business and interest! Forget about all that 50,000x, 100,000x or 200,000x win...it simply cannot exists!!!
  25. Today was the second time I made a withdrawal from Joo Casino's occasional special bonus offer of 150% deposit bonus + 10 free spins over 5 days + 100% Cash Back if deposit is lost. Made the withdrawal, money received 12 minutes later! Well done Joo Casino yet again!
